    I just added two citations to Tactical Officer Neelix to finish him. He will help me to get to 10 hrs on Med-Sec voyages. When adding citations I like to look where I need help the most and add them there. Somebody with good stats who is a main crew member so likely to be in events. And if possible, someone I like. Neelix fits all of that. Neelix rocks!

    I also look at where I need help. And my first priority was Skirmish. So I FF'd Killy. Now I can look at voyages and collections. :)
