Dear fellow STT fans, in solidarity with my fleetmates and squadmates who have been banned for 72 hours as a result of TP's mistake, I am signing out of the game for 72 hours as well. I likely won't return, barring a major apology from TP. If you agree, please feel free to comment below. TP, the ball is in your court, but short of a MAJOR mea culpa, you just destroyed your game.

Been playing since the Minuet Mega Event. Bought a year's worth of Campaigns and some other stuff. Made great friends in my fleets (both of them).
This will not stand. 72 hours and out. Probably not coming back unless WRG makes this right.

I am done. I have deleted the game from my phone. I have written a review to let the world know what to expect from this company.
This is not how you treat players.
Just today at event start most of my fleet was crashed out of game bcuz you start sending push offers and portal updates again at same time as event start. One of my members was even booted out of the fleet during this crash!! Then there was such heavy lag from all those portal claim and event starting that i just couldnt even play. Logged out. DB had stopped the practice of push offers and portal updates at event start to avoid this problem. Are you going to compensate us for this “exploit” (to hold our shuttles back) or is it just a game malfunction?
The button said “again” therefore meaning avail again.
And yes, if a glitch benefits players you are sure to correct it fast.
Do we have to be outraged every 6 weeks because of your continuous program errors?
I was going to buy the dilithium offer today but cant because the purchase button is blank. Again. Just a blank box. I guess im not buying it anyway if you are going to continue this behavior.
And if there were a small amt of players who punched the portal claim 20 times and did seemingly exploit something that appeared to be “tap-able” maybe you should hold off on a community announcement until you have identified and contacted those players. And made a decision on course of action before getting everyone in an uproar again. You cant just dump there legit earnings as a punishment, or ban for 72 hours, obviously penalizing the entire fleet without having contacted those players to arrange a return of additional claims due to a glitch of your own making.
Obviously taking back the extra claims for those who may have legitimately exploited would have been the most obvious choice.
Your rules, your way, but you cant identify the things that glitch us and make our experience frustrating. And why cant you find the people who use illegal programs that double triple or quadruple their earnings? The app is out there. You cant find the app or the cheaters Who get quadruple dilithium from one purchase?

Let's tank their stars on the app stores. They're down to 4.3 on Google. I'd love to see them in the 3's.
BTW, I'll revise my review on Google if TP's response to this crisis of their own making warrants the change. If not, to quote Tamisha Iman, "I said what I said."
