No one can join fleet. Shan, please help!

    ok, so apparently this is not yet fixed,
    the CSR tryed telling me to just disband the fleet and reform,
    with star bases in play and the time it takes to build them that is a no go.
    not to mention the longevity of our fleet.
    one does not just burn the house down because some one forgot to install a door.
    every thing is in data base it should be easy enough to do an email registry comparison to DBID, and force over-write where a second false DBID pops up in the forums.
    i think peeps would rather loose their forums history than their game history if it has to happen.

    Thank You Shan, as of about noon - 2pm (EST) we finnaly were able to get a 50/50 member.
    i pushed for escalation late last night (3am) and i just got a message back from CRS Edward about an hour or so ago. hoping the issue does not pop back up, but i wont know for sure till we have a crew that hits our inactive drop criteria.

    DB needs to fire the Ferrengi and higher more Engineers, Rom doesn't count.

    UGH. I wish someone had told us that back in December when that's exactly what CS told @GAWA, eventually leaving him with no choice but to find another fleet. Not only did we lose one of our finest contributors, we were left with the aforementioned phantom 50th fleet member, which has prevented us from replacing him all this time. We were told it had been relayed to "the team" without followup beyond that.

    Was the ticket placed on hold, Travis?
    You can reopen it if it was and ask for this to be reviewed.
    Or submit a new ticket if your fleet is still with a ghost member.

    The first ticket I sent about this issue, I was told to wait and a tech. person would get back with me to fix the problem.

    That never happened.

    The second ticket I sent in, this was the response,

    So now I should send in a 3rd ticket?

    I will do that however I honestly have never heard before that there is an expectation of privacy between a costumer and an official response from a company.

    Addendum:

    I passed along what I have done so far to my fleet admiral and the rest of the officers of my fleet and informed them someone else needs to send in a ticket and work on this issue. I have been dealing with this since November and right now I am frustrated and on the point of getting angry so I am just done with it.
  • Hi fellow captains I have been experiencing the same problem. I have sent a request to customer service and received a very polite response a few days ago that they’re working on it. Unfortunately I have no information when it will be fixed or if it will be fixed I do understand one person it’s not the end of the world but looking at the dates of some of your responses this is obviously a known issue. Any help would be appreciated.

    This type of issue requires a manual intervention and can take some time - we will try to resolve it for you as quickly as we can.
  • Thank you very much for your attention to this matter. I love the game, I love talking to other fans, And the friendly competition.I feel much better knowing this problem will be solved even if it takes a little bit of time. Best wishes
