I just want to express my sadness, that once againi, leveling the new characters in a faction event, requires a lot of items only available in shuttle mission from factions not part of the event (Medical Experiment, needed for McCoy and Larkin, only available via Augment missions)
I just added the third star to Edward and realized something. There is a "Kevin" in the Art Department that was responsible for doing Edward's junk bulge......

To be fair, McCoy was announced two weeks ago when he was put in the rewards table for last week, and Larkin was announced a week ago. If you see SCI or MED in a crew's skill set, that's your cue to run Augment shuttles. Likewise, run Section 31 if they're either DIP or SEC (Security Codes are obvious, but players often seem to overlook all the Holoprograms we need for those Social Lessons). And don't forget to hit up the Thursday/Saturday cadet mission #2 ("A Question of Rights") for Medical Lessons.
Why have my three hour shuttles taken four hours to return?
At first I thought I was the 'Mad Lieutenant' for noticing this - clearly that shouldn't and can't happen. But it has. I know this because they don't return until 1315 and three hours before this was 1015 when my family and I were in church, there is absolutely zero chance I sent them at 1015. I would have sent them at 0915 when my overnights returned.
Has there been a time change in the US? 🤔
ETA; a time change in the US shouldn't matter. Three hours is three hours no matter the time.

Then u restart the game(or go into the shuttle mission) and
they are already there.
My guess, happens when u have a spotty connection.
