That BeGold is perfect for that. Archer, Michael Senior, and I think one or two more are like that, now. With the crouching, it is hard to see any of them.

Sadly I had just spent 250K honor on cites, which usually happens right before a sale.
I have managed to level up Maquis Takeover Seska to 3*, 4th* on Narek, 2nd * on Redjac Jaris, and 2 "no-choice" begolds to get Tribble Scotty and Marine Q.
Got 6x honor and cites:

Mok'bara Crusher
Captain Lorian
Interfaced La Forge
Mountain Climber Mayweather
(All 1st star, no existing crew so took best available)
Second star on 1701 Sisko (no good options)
Just hit 10k honor and took a Begold which had Niners Ezri as the clear winner.
Would have preferred a couple of stars on existing crew, but a decent enough selection to potentially use some of the cites on.
