I'm just excited that, in what I assume is an early Festivus miracle, the recurring threshold crew is not DIP primary. I was beginning to wonder if there was some rule I had missed that these crew always need to be DIPs. SCI and ENG are always welcome, but Q as God knows I certainly don't need more 4* DIP primaries!

The Starfleet and Federation traits for that Kira are unfortunate. Bajor NOT joining the Federation was a major plot point during the Dominion War. Kira wasn't given a Starfleet rank until she went to help the Cardassian resistance in season 7. I second the three traits @Automaton_2000 recommends adding.
