Regarding an open feedback question, unfortunately that was not ideal. The last time we did it, the results were not useable.
If you just want a quick quantitative numbers game from the replies, they are certainly not usable at all. If you want to dig into qualitative results, they can be a treasure trove, but it takes time to sort through them, which of course will come off other tasks (and we all know this company seems to have too little time to get all things right at the moment). That's fully understandable.
I can't imagine the open feedback section of the surveys being any appreciably more insightful than perusing the forum. It probably would have been worthwhile to have included a message encouraging players with further thoughts to come here to share them. Though what requests or complaints anyone could have that we don't already have covered, I can't fathom. We have historically been a thorough bunch.
The way it was done makes it look less like a "Feedback Survey" and more like a "Validate what we are going to do any way" survey......
I didn't get to finish it. Somehow I tapped the screen somewhere the wrong place and it completed prematurely for me. I know I got as far as the question about NFT's because I remember rolling my eyes.
That question worried a lot of us, I think.

I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt for now. The NFT question could read like, "hey we're getting pressure from Paramount to include NFTs, please give us data to support our opinion that our players don't want NFTs." Until they launch NFTs we don't know what their plans are.

That was not the only thing on the survey. And all the questions had radio buttons or the "you can choose more than one choice, but they are all of OUR choices" buttons.

I think that was the last question.
Huh. Okay. Guess I did finish it, then. I just remember clicking one answer and even though I could still see text lower on the page it zipped ahead to thank me for providing feedback or whatever the stock message said.

That question worried a lot of us, I think.
It didn't worry me; I'm not that wrapped up in it. It just annoyed me because the whole thing is absurd.
Seems like the survey wasn't for much use since the rolled out the store very quickly afterwards. They should have several questions regarding the concept of a store and its contents.

The survey was for the game itself, as such it is very useful.
As for the store I would not rule out a future survey, but I can also open up a thread for feedback and suggestions, with the hope it would stay on course

I was quite happy with the survey. I agree the forums are a better platform for open feedback, while surveys need to be focused on a smaller number of more definitive topics.

Going off course doesn't sound like us at all.
Agreed, our attempts to be more efficient sometimes just lead to unsurprising places!
