I understand that this is a Diplomat Mega so, most crew will have DIP as main skill, but having the first 3 Mega legendaries even having the same main skill combo(DIP/CMD) is a bit unlucky….
@Shan Doopler is listed as getting a variant bonus. Is this intended? Recurring mega crew typically don’t get a variant bonus. This is important for accurately tracking the number of events for each crew and for crew rating purposes.

The formatting of that sentence is always tricky
There is only one Doopler and it's the recurrent crew for the event and as such will provide the higher bonus.
It would have indeed been clearer to use the full name 'Doopler Emissary' which I will make a request for.
Remember how refreshing Barry Waddle felt, having a mega crew be a rare skill combination was something special.
There are still unique combinations of skill orders that have not been touched yet like MED/ENG/CMD, SEC/MED/ENG
If WRG can shoehorn MED onto Tourist Quark, there's no limit really...

Needing 4* items to craft a 3* item seems wrong though.
