Game not loading during an Event yet AGAIN!!!!!

i m having the same issue both on steam and android.no dbid shown and game not loading

same here.
On iPadOS (latest version).
On STT v9.3.0

Seems to be spotty.
Took 3 attempts to finally get in (first 2 hung at the 'starting up warp core', one time with my DBID, one time with DBID: 0)


*update* - still occurring. Froze when recovering shuttles (for the EVENT!!!) Took 10x attempts before I got back in.... and I think I lost a 4k VP as a result!!!!!!

It's happening for lots of people, either DBID 0 or Hailing Starfleet when opening a shuttle. Even got an Unexpected Error when claiming a shuttle.

I'm having all sorts of issues too. Sometimes I get the no interface problem; other times I get Hailing Starfleet forever when trying to open a mission. Happening on both PC and iOS.

All I'm getting is the Enterprise. Which isn't even my equipped ship.

Same here. First it said my ID was 0.


When it did actually load, it’s just the ship and squat.

I’ve been fighting it all day too. Complete BS when you are trying to relaunch shuttles, forget trying to launch every 30 minutes, at this rate everyone who participates should get a Khan!

Hi Folks. Thank you for the reports. Our alarms went off about an hour and a half ago and we are online investigating the issue.

As a status update, we have reproduced the majority of the issues reported internally and the current way "through" the problem is to force restart until you access the game UI. We haven't been experiencing the same loss of connection when sending shuttles, but are continuing to test to reproduce this issue. Thanks again for your patience while we discuss not only the resolution the issue to folks are experiencing, but compensation as well. Stay tuned.

Well, I've most likely already lost at least one copy of Khan, but sure. 50 Sorrytons will make everything right......

Same thing happening to me all day. It's costing me that third star on Khan. I was well above 100 but now I can't keep consistently sending shuttles so I can't keep above 100 now

That workaround only goes so far. The game is also freezing during actions. I was 2 shuttles into sending 4 shuttles and the game froze. Then it took 15 minutes of retries to get back in.

The "Workaround" hasn't worked for me in the last 2+ hours. Haven't been able to get in even once since before 8pm and it's 10pm now.

11:20 eastern time, I as able to log on straight away with the only hiccup being my sole boss battle lagging for about five seconds before it started. Gauntlet went fine and my shuttles are still out but at least what occurred before didn’t happen. Fixed perhaps, fingers and toes crossed.

I haven't been able to get past the Wicked Realm page on Facebook. Keep getting an Embedded Page error

UPDATE: Several hours later, STILL can't get past Activating Combadge.

i thought it was just me - but yeah both the Windows App, Android and Facebook I can't get in and I had a camping weekend and I need to try and get some shuttles out or there is no way I will finish the threshold!

I dropped from top 300 to 1300+. Already lost one copy.

Same issue with shuttles, past 4 sets after trying to open a new shuttle it just hangs, forced to restart. Then get the DB ID 0 and just getting the Enterprise D with no UI. Now trying to get in for the past 20 minutes, just hung on Turbo Lifting to the Bridge, both Android and Web. Not to mention the dilemma, arena and FBB pop up errors. This is getting really bad.

Same here. Been force restarting maybe 7-10 times per every successful login. Then open a shuttle, force restart another 7-10 times before I can launch it. Repeat.
Pretty frustrating.

Literally can't get the game to work to send out more shuttles right now. I don't see how anything less than a copy of the new Khan card could make up for this

The game had been working fine for me all day, until a half hour ago. The game got hung up trying to send out a shuttle and I had to restart. Now I’m getting the eternal expanse of the Enterprise D. As someone said above: make it go!

As a lot of people have said here, I’ve put a ton of resources trying to rank for this event. I’m going to be really annoyed to be messed over because of a preventable glitch.

Downgrading back to 9.2.2 seems to be better, still froze while opening shuttle and loading without UI but not as frequent. This is a major clusterfudge!

That only worked temporarily, back to being stuck on Turbolifting to bridge.
