    @STT Community Twenty hours now remain, and still no resolution. This is certainly not inspiring much faith in a happy conclusion to this issue.

    @STT Community I have been stuck at this spot in the event for over a week now. Everything else us done. Now, there is less than an hour left.

    It is obvious now that I won't be able to complete this. It is also starting to become clear that I was probably never going to be given the chance to.

    Now, in order to fix this, it would require not only a copy of Maab, but a purple and gold copy of T'Pol's clothing gear, plus two copies of T'Pol herself. Plus 200 honour for finishing all nodes.

    Will this be provided since this "resolution" has been dragging out until it was too late to finish the event now?

    What do I do now? Can @WRG Ben assist with resolving this? I'm trying to be patient and understanding, but as a long-time and very supportive player, who's spent so much time, energy and funds on this game, I'm also very frustrated.

    It's been over a month since the initial issues and I'm still no closer to resolution or getting what I was told I would.

    It has been OVER TWO MONTHS since the initial issues occurred during this event. I am STILL WAITING for this to be fixed, as promised.

    First initial contact with @STT Community was at the beginning of the February in this thread. Some back and forth discussion with management occurred, where I was told this would be corrected.

    Since then, the following has taken place.

    March 5 - DM contact from @STT Community
    March 7 - was informed via DM that my case was passed on to management team
    March 12 - received a DM update that they meeting with their team to analyse my case
    March 19 - I reached out after not hearing back; no response
    March 25 - I contact them again; no response once again

    I have been MORE than patient. This issue should have been fixed, as was promised, a long time ago.

    I stopped commenting on this situation publicly, as it seemed to be in the process of being dealt with. Out of respect for that, I felt I should let that process proceed privately. There seemed to be no further need to address this publicly, since it was being dealt with. I was sorely mistaken.

    So, in the interest of full transparency, and so my fellow players know how these issues are handled, I will no longer be silent. I feel my fellow players deserve to know the truth of how this company handles our problems.

    I think I've given the company the benefit of the doubt more than enough. I wanted to believe they were handling it in good faith. It is clear now that was never the case.

    I refuse to let this go. It is now time to do the right thing and fix it as promised. Enough is enough.
