    Some nice colorful and funny and requested characters in Q and Quark. Haven't seen much of DIS so I hope Burnham fits in with the other two.

    EDIT: More Quarks and Qs are also welcome if we can expect a Convergence Day rerun the week after.

    Naturally, I can not pass on a Q. I really, really hope he has better stats than Sheriff Q who hasn't done much for me since I got him last year.

    When I saw it was Mariachi Q, I first though of OUR Q here in the forums, but my second thought was: DB is whipping out the big guns to fight this boycott! Well played! :)

    I was kinda thinking the same except if Convergence Day Quark were event crew he would have been in the announcement. You could be right, but it would mean that CD Quark would only be the smaller bonus (maybe it is to make up for the event where he accidentally got the full bonus).

    They could still add him as a full bonus if they wanted to(yes, we'd probably get some complaining). They've at least specified a Quark already, so it's clear all Quarks get a bonus. If they want to add back old crew then COP Picard, Human Q, Klingon Quark would also need the full bonus.

    Maybe it'll be a new celebration without being an explicit event rerun. So they just add the surprise 5* community gift. I could also see this announcement including details on new honor hall and gauntlet crew.
