Error with new offer in time portal - EV Suit Archer not present

Disruptor Beam.. it is apparent the new pack with EV Suit Archer does not actually contain EV Suit Archer.. After I bought the equivalent of 48 packs (2x 6500 Dil packs, 28x 650 Dil packs) between the 2 offers, I see that he is not in the avatar list nor in the cryostasis vault, and now the offers have been removed.

Enough is enough with the lack of quality control. I am asking for a full refund.

Here's screenshots of most the crew accumulated from the botched offer:

EDIT: Adding screenshots of both offers, avatar list and Vault count at the time of offer's initial release, number unchanged from the last few days.

    I saw the new Point of No Return portal. Went to look at my crew and then went back to the portal and the new portal was gone. Restarted the game and it's still gone. Did it go up briefly and then taken down for some reason?

    The only way to get a refund is from Apple or Google. DB doesn't process refunds.

    Yes it got taken away. Anecdotal evidence says Archer wasn't actually in the pack. This reminds me a lot of the Musketeer La Forge debacle. There isn't a portrait in the vault for him and there's a report of someone pulling 48 packs and not getting a single archer.

    Yep. Just came to post that I saw the post about it in Engineering (it wasn't there when I first wrote this)

    I knew I should have bought the pack before looking at my roster.

    I purchased the pack, but no Archer. I kind of hope that he wasn't in there so that we will be compensated like the Musketeer La Forge debacle.

    Yeah, I literally missed buying the pack by seconds. And I'm guessing they will give everyone who bought a pack an Archer and more than one Archer if you bought enough packs.

    I just saw a log in note saying its here.

    Yarnek, Desert Georgiou, M113 Creature, Stranded Odo and Archer. Can't recall the other 5* right now. My brain is mush.

    Edit. Archer is probably 5*. Fesek is the other 4*.

    I'll be pleased if they handle it the same way the Musketeer La Forge issue and I receive a free copy of Archer.

    I saw the pack. Bought 3. Bought more DIL to get more packs and went back to portal and it was gone. Not happy.

    This is really poor that DB isnt checking enough to make sure this doesnt happen.

    I'd go for the cash refund given the choice, which is why I'd go with Apple/Google. Then I'd buy some of the packs once it's fixed.

    Well... at least they pulled the pack this time instead of knowingly allowing folks to buy a broken product.
