    I did 24 pulls total, 7 from the bugged pack and 17 from the "new" one. No Archers -- actually, no featured golds.

    After spending 31,200 Dilithium without him actually in the pack, I'd have to say no to any more attempts. If I receive a refund or appropriate compensation, I might consider it.

    I don’t think archer is in the pack still. Silver did 17x pulls and I did 14x pulls since they put it back up. Nothing

    Can you see if he's been maxed yet? It's weird because I've checked with KM, FF, AA, SSR, and TGE and no one has him. No one in eXo has pulled him yet either.

    Hi! There was indeed an issue for a short amount of time when the packs first went live.
    I am waiting on more information on how to resolve this for players who have purchased packs during that time frame.
