Vreenak wasn't a legend. He was a random senator who shows up and gets killed in one episode, never to be mentioned again. Other than big Trek or DS9 fans, he isn't well known. Spock, Surak, The Romulan Commander, etc. are all well known to general fandom (despite a couple of them only showing up in an episode or two).
If it is my beloved Romulans, I will be overjoyed.
If so, I hope Donatra makes her long overdue appearance.
