I'd be happy if the April Mega is Romulan and Vulcan themed, with all Romulans and Vulcans as bonus crew. I'd love to give my Vulcan crew something to do.
The pose definitely looks like the statue of Surak, I think Romulus is vain attempt at a red herring, also there isn't exactly a Romulan whom I would describe as a legend really.

Surak most likely, since he's the closest thing to a "legend" that Vulcans or Romulans have.
Unless there's some legendary Romulan cultural figure that was mentioned at some point? I don't recall there ever being a Romulan Cochrane/Archer/Surak/Kahless type figure.

One thing I am glad of, the 'cute' attempts to draw hype with mysterious details are coming before normal event notification time.
I'm hoping this means we actually get regular notice of the first round.
Would be really awesome if they did what they did with the Klingon event notifications and told us all 4 events with the characters needed in one swoop.

I'm assuming they don't have access to the Kelvin timeline characters, otherwise we probably would've seen one at some point in the last two years. Which is unfortunate because there could be some pretty interesting cards to come out of those films.
Not sure if they'll go with another novel/licensed work character though. It'd be cool if it was a Romulan/Vulcan from around the time of the Sundering, but I have a feeling they're going to stick with Film/TV canon after the backlash from the Mirror Event.
