I don’t want to say it’s time to call Combs-over, but I know part of the challenge is we’ve already combed through most of the best Combs for 4/5 star crew in-game.
But in a hypothetical world where I’m not all-knowing and perfect (stretch your imagination here), Comb could we introduce that we haven't done so already to make this an appealing event not just for folks in-the-know, but for the 4 people out there who aren't as deeply familiar with the actor?
I'm looking for visually distinct and story-rich Combsmen we don't have in-game.
As an example, an all-Weyoun event introducing more Weyouns could be hilarious, but it's a bit inside baseball for some of our players. So we'd need to weave in an interesting Combs that we haven't seen who'd warrant some 4/5- star attention.
The more succinct and digestible the suggestion, the greater the likelihood it'll get shared, and not brushed aside.
EDIT: This doesn't mean there is any serious plan or discussion around a Combs event. I'm soliciting suggestions as to it could be feasible for POTENTIAL discussion.

To start, I do believe that you could easily do at least one more weyoun (preferably weyoun 6). He was a hugely critical character who was literally different crew throughout DS9. We are also overdue for another Brunt, either a Brunt, FCS, or my favorite Magnificent Ferengi Brunt. Then you could throw a villain version in Tiron, or just a repeat Shran.
Even outside of an event, Weyoun and Brunt are grossly underrepresented given how prominent they were throughout DS9 and how awesome they were as characters
Cross timeline event that had Shran fighting the Dominion, enter Weyoun. I am sure I could write a complete story around that, including DS9 & TNG stuff that other Combs characters would enter into.
Weyoun 6 sets his sights on freeing the 'athletes' kept prisoner by Penk, who's done a deal with Brunt, FCA, to protect him in exchange for a cut of a gambling revenue, and Tiron gets caught in the middle when he's buying a hologram of Tsunkatse Seven.
We need Weyoun 7, complete with the sound clip of Worf snapping his neck. The portrait could just be his body on the floor or Damar laughing.
Oh, and I’m not sure why @Black Pebble seems to think the game has already exhausted its Combs crew. We’ve still never gotten a primary Weyoun, I think it’s 6 or maybe 5, and as well no Krem, Brunt FCA, Mirror Brunt, or any of the others who have also been listed in this thread multiple times.
Weirdly enough, I’m also Vulcan Housewife. Also, RNGesus hates me, like really, REALLY hates me.
"Defective" Weyoun 6 is the very obvious 5* choice, as stated multiple times here. Mirror Brunt could also be a 5*. Brunt FCA, Magnificent Brunt, Penk, Krem are all easy 4*. Tiron and Kevin Mulkahey are admittedly a bit more obscure, but still good choices. You could pair these up as follows:
Weyoun 6, Odo (Treachery, Faith and the Great River event)
Mirror Brunt, Mirror Ezri, Mirror Intendant Kira (a Mirror love triangle)
Brunt, FCA/Magnificent Brunt, Quark, Rom (a Magnificent Ferengi event)
Penk, Tsunkatse Seven, Tsunkatse Tuvok (Tsunkatse event)
Krem, T'Pol, Tucker (Enterprise event)
Tiron, Hologram Quark/Kira, Barclay, Goddess of Empathy Troi (pervs on the holodeck event)
Kevin Mulkahey, Burt Ryan/Gul Dukat, Benny Russell (Far Beyond the Stars event)
^The above are of course suggestions for Mega-Event lineups, with Weyoun 6 as the recurring crew, and a new Combs crew every week, along with some supporting characters

Kevin Mulkahey From “Far beyond the stars” season 6 Episode 13
It is unique in that almost the full cast of DS9 portrays human characters, without their alien costumes, as a rare example of metafiction in the fictional Star Trek universe. Possible Event Reoccuring legendary perhaps?
Not only would this version tie in nicely to the Combs Event it can also be a new collection of Human variants of alien characters from the DS9 series for the vault or future Mega Event.
We need Weyoun 7, complete with the sound clip of Worf snapping his neck. The portrait could just be his body on the floor or Damar laughing.
Oh, and I’m not sure why @Black Pebble seems to think the game has already exhausted its Combs crew. We’ve still never gotten a primary Weyoun, I think it’s 6 or maybe 5, and as well no Kremlin, Brunt FCA, Mirror Brunt, or any of the others who have also been listed in this thread multiple times.
One event could work another Archer into the game Shran & Archer take on the Xindi as they saved Earth in one Timeline but there’s Xindi from countless other Timelines to deal with. Can Archer reach the Xindi and make peace?
Argh. Krem, not Kremlin you blasted autocorrect algorithm! Past post corrected, though I’m sure it’s still Kremlin in any references or quoted material.
Weirdly enough, I’m also Vulcan Housewife. Also, RNGesus hates me, like really, REALLY hates me.

Indeed. Weyoun 5 was the main Weyoun in DS9.... he doesn’t exist in STT. Surely a 5*....
Weyoun 6 betrayed the Dominion and sought asylum with the Federation (met Odo to arrange it), so Weyoun 7 ordered the Jemhadar to destroy the runabout with Weyoun 6 and Odo onboard. Consequently Weyoun 6 committed suicide to save Odo.
Anyway.... all of those Weyouns are worthy.... but Weyoun 5 really should be a 5*

To be completely honest, I’d love to see every single iteration of Weyoun, even 1 through 3. They could run the gamut of rarities and even become their own Cryo-Collection. I mean, why not? DB loves making Dip and Com. characters so it’s a perfect idea.

The Dominion war: one of the most brutal and destructive conflicts in galactic history. The cause of trillions of deaths in the Alpha Quadrant, lives snuffed out that will never achieve their full potential. But what if the damage could reversed?
A group of freedom fighters led by the heretical Weyoun 6 have stolen the Krenim temporal weapon and set their sights on the Founders’ homeworld. Weyoun 6 believes that rewriting history will redeem his gods and set them back on the righteous path once again.
However, Weyoun 4, one of the most steadfast Dominion servants, refuses to go down without a fight. To save his gods, he crashes his fighter into the temporal weapon, destroying himself and Weyoun 6 in the process. The weapon explodes in a burst of energy, but the timeline (such as it is) is seemingly unaffected; however, the Founders are unresponsive, which could spell disaster if word reaches their subjects.
Also contemporaneous with the Weyouns’ apparent demise, strange things are happening across the known galaxy with specific individuals of a variety of species, who seemingly resonate on similar quantum frequencies as their Vorta counterparts. They are changing, becoming more fiery, ambitious, and calculating. Their actions could hold grave consequences for the galaxy.
And then...there’s the mysterious Weyoun 9, who appeared mere days after the temporal shift. Weyoun 9 seems capricious, ready to call for war or peace, as long as it is in the name of order. Who is he? What does he want? Could he hold the key to the whole situation?

Krem: (4*) - traits: Ferengi, innovator, inspiring
Grand Nagus Rom (5*), Acting Grand Nagus Brunt (3*) existing
All characters with the Ferengi and Grand Nagus trait and characters played by Jeffery Combs receive a bonus.
The Ferengi Alliance and Ferengi Traditionalists are in turmoil as versions of Liquidator Brunt and Krem (Ferengi from Enterprise) appear in Alliance and Traditionalist territory, respectively. Krem is preaching greater profitability and understanding within Traditionalist territory, while Liquidator Brunt is threatening an audit of Alliance books, which could effectively destroy the Alliance forever. Could these individuals cause both governments to topple? And why is Weyoun 9 lecturing on the evils of capitalism?
At the conclusion, a small temporal rift appears...
Thy’lek Shran is a commanding, no-nonsense sort of man, whether he wears the uniform of the Imperial Guard or acts as a private citizen. That’s why he’s been at the center of so many important historical events. He is not a man who suffers fools gladly, which is why he is taking the initiative to safeguard his home planet since the Federation is stretched so thin by rebuilding the Imperial Guard fleet. With a fleet of ship under his command, Shran can protect Andoria against the depredations of the Maquis and Augments, who are working together, flexing their muscles in the sector.
Phase 1: Construct Imperial Guard Fleet.
With Andoria effectively on its own, Shran seeks allies to aid in the planet’s defense. The Ferengi Alliance, Traditionalists and Federation offer their services and Shran agrees to ally with the first faction to produce enough arms and materiel to equip and support the newly formed Imperial Guard in their conflict against the Augment/Maquis alliance?Who will win? How will this change the balance of power? And why is Weyoun 9 offering the key to galactic salvation to Shran?
Phase 2: Build materiel for Shran.
All variants of Shran and those with the Andorian trait will have a bonus in Phase 1. Variants of Brunt, Rom, Krem will have a bonus in Phase 2.
The temporal rift grows wider...
Week 3 - A Parliament of Penks and a Tribe of Tirons
Hybrid Event
The Dominion is destabilizing as word of the Founders’ comatose state leaks out. Opportunistic Dominion members gladly sell weapons, ships, and secrets to interested parties to gain favor and independence. As a merchant, Tiron is only too happy to act as a broker, particularly with a man called Penk, who is looking to acquire a Jem’Hadar crèche to grow new fighters specifically for Tsunkatse. His fighting tournament has resumed under the auspices of his Hirogen benefactors. As Penk and Tiron approach a major Jem’Hadar crèche, Weyoun 9 works furiously to unite the tattered Dominion, build new soldiers, and stop Penk and Tiron before they destroy the galactic balance.
Phase 1: Galaxy - Grow Jem’Hadar soldiers to meet the looming threat.
Phase 2: Faction (Dominion, Hirogen). Do you support the efforts of Weyoun 9 to safeguard the Dominion, or should Penk and the Hirogen reign supreme?
At the conclusion, Weyoun 9 is accidentally sucked into the temporal rift!
Week 4 - A Murder of Mulkaheys
Expedition Event - Baseball player Willie Hawkins has been accused of murdering Detective Burt Ryan, Detective Kevin Mulkahey’s friend and partner. Though it looks like Ryan was bludgeoned to death, word comes from a mysterious man (Weyoun 9) that Hawkins was simply a convenient patsy. With racial tensions mounting, can Mulkahey put his own prejudices aside to free an innocent man and catch the real killer?

The Dominion is now fully tearing itself apart and galactic war on a scale greater than the Dominion War is imminent. Fleets of ships from the Maquis Augment alliance and Federation are converging on Dominion space for the sake of “peacekeeping.” One stray shot could start a war.
Worse yet, the temporal rift is becoming more powerful and could destroy the fragile balance of reality itself.
Weyoun 9, has come to realize that he is a fusion of Weyoun 4 and Weyoun 6, forged in the temporal explosion and carrying elements of both of their personalities. That explains his changeable nature as his mind tries to sort itself out. His experiences in 1950s New York have made him rethink what perfection and order really are.
To end the conflict and repair reality, Weyoun 9 must choose the perfection and order offered by the Augments, or the freedom, liberty, and imperfection offered by the Federation. Which side will he choose?
