    Really odd that everyone's voyages are all winding down at the same time.

    Uhh my voyage is about to fail too. Gotta make this right DB and buy me a house. :wink:

    I time mine around lunchtime at work so if it's not back up in the next 5 minutes it's the same as being down for 2 more hours because I wont be able to check my phone again until 3pm :(

    Am impressed they managed it, game is back up B)

    Any compensation for the trainers and replicator rations too? I’ve recently spent most of my dilithium on the 6 days mega event ( in vain 😡) and I’m not looking forward to spend more in order to save my ship 😔

  • Shan - was in the middle of event reward collections, before the outage, and to my surprise.....got Uhura INSTEAD of Chekov....then gout double up offer on her☹️. CS ticket already in. Did anyone else get incorrect rewards?

    I unexpectedly got Uhura as well but it was a welcome surprise, I already had her at 2* - rather have a 3* legendary than another 1* - I only wish I would've known I was getting her from the start, I would've pushed a lot harder to try to break the top 25.

    *Edit: I also got 4 more Prospero instead of Bestseller Jake, which was kind of a bummer - got a total of 7 Prospero's from this event, plus an 8th from a pack!

    The fleetmates i had that claimed rewards before the server outage definitely got Chekov, they posted screenshots

    We're not the only, have just look into and.....? s... Six of my 10h voyages and cadett Tickets (let me say 12?) seems to get lost
    And the first rang in the event (or was it the second?), no matter, DB can't look into to proof my ticket ,-) and i get all back

As others in my fleet have said they got also Dancing Uhura instead of Dancing Chekov and Prospero Data instead of Bestselling Author Jake Sisko.     Well they've solved the issue of not being able to log in....seems like the reward problem is a new issue

    Have the rewards reverted back to the original run of this event....Instead of the rerun?

    The issue about not being able to log in is indeed resolved.

    It sounds that there have been side effects and we will look into it, please submit a ticket if you have received the wrong rewards.

    I also got the wrong rewards. Submitting a ticket. I think that this issue is probably much larger and doing individual tickets might not be such a great idea. You will get flooded.

    History of this forum shows there are only two factors you are willing to listen to: aggression and/or persistence. I simply dance as you play...

    By the way, I'm still waiting for some official statement regarding shuttle missions AND slots issue. I guess I'm not the only one. Am I?
  • After the login issue this morning I lost everything. This **** game started me at the beginning again. If nothing is done I will reverse every purchase I've made here
  • My favorite part: people who experienced ZERO rewards issues nor were they locked out, got a net of 500 crons (sorry email twice), while I'm sitting over here with a ton of Prosperos, no Chekov, and 250 crons less than people who are "thanking" us that were victimized by the DB machine and are grinning like Cheshire cats that they pick up 500 crons for nothing and we get 250, a jacked up crew, lost voyages/cadets, etc...

    Equity at its finest. There's a reason that DB = Do Better got first crafted. This is an example of why it will live forever, evidently.

    We are investigating the rewards issue. I created a specific thread for it.
  • I'm not expressing any frustration over the mishap....they happen. But in an effort to fix it, you over-corrected and compensated people who didn't need it and did it twice, as it turns out. It's the response to the mishap that's now causing angst. That's all.

    Sometimes it's just really easy to make a mistake. Even really simple stuff like a name. Poor Shan. Running around trying to fix our game problems has probably made her feel blue. She isn't actually blue.

    Hi, playing on a Galaxy s9+, and I'm always getting the "error occurred during sign in" message. I've reset my password multiple times through the link provided in the game login screen. Also tried clearing the data and reinstalling the game.
