Hi, playing on a Galaxy s9+, and I'm always getting the "error occurred during sign in" message. I've reset my password multiple times through the link provided in the game login screen. Also tried clearing the data and reinstalling the game.
OK, have you submitted a ticket with all that information yet?
I suspect it might be a conflict with your google play account.
You've probably given this a go already but try going to the Play store, changing your settings to allow purchases only with a password and then starting the game again.
