Well I was hoping the next Mega would be Captain Spock, but Minuet is a fun choice too. I like the variety in the Megas.
Surak turned out to be a SCI beast, Bashir is a MED beast, Ru’Afo is an ENG beast. I’m assuming this one will be a new power creep. Not sure which skill though. Maybe DIP, though I don’t know how they can top Sato.
Why do we even think it is Minuet? A hologram who was in 3 TNG episodes as a mega event 5* character? I don’t think so.
I mean, you’re right. Minuet as a Legendary card is absolutely ridiculous, but I can’t imagine who else it could be. And it’s not like there aren’t any questionable 5-Star cards already in the game.

Kortar was only in one episode too, and Ru'afo only in one film. I'd argue Minuet is among the more memorable one-off characters in TNG, certainly in the early seasons. I have no issue with this choice, especially for a hologram-themed mega.
