Cornwell is a MED primary with a strong DIP secondary, as are BR Bashir and Borg Queen (though less so). While that is all great, we have lacked a truly strong DIP primary mega 5* since these have begun. I think this will be the time to remedy that.

In the case of Falcon, Honey Bare, and Duchamps. They were actually holograms. In the story, the crew's patterns got buffered into the holosuite. They still had the minds of the original holodeck characters.
Captain Proton, Arachnia, Buster, etc are just people basically LARPing. They just happen to be playing a game with holograms.

Mirror Picard, Troi, Data, Crusher and La Forge are from Comic series, Mirror Sato, Tucker, Mayweather, Jadzia, Uhura are from TV show and then you have absolutely terrible Mirror Janeway which wasn't a part of anything just a terrible fanfic. It was a major joke how DB will shoehorn Mirror Janeway and they really delivered that.
