For me, this was just a way to exchange 4000 honor for 900 honor, on 13 out of 15 attempts.
Nice idea, terrible odds of actually getting something useful for a guy in my position.
The way I see it, it's, most of the time, a super rare behold or better, for 4k honor. It's nice, but if you don't have the crew space, or too many super rare immortals, there is not much you can do with it.

Yeah, except, even in my paltry maybe a quarter immortalized, beholds 88% of the time end up being honor.
Honestly, with the honor return rate, and the crappy selection process, I groan more than I rejoice now when I see a behold start to pop up. Mostly, it's get ready for another disappointment.

I always thought of Honor as kind of a second chance way of getting something for our money that we probably wasted on packs that gave us nothing. Since I usually end up buying citations, the honor didn't get wasted before, and was all eventually used on something that helped me directly.
As it stands, I spent 52k in honor for these packs, got about 12,000 honor back, plus two random stars added to existing super-rares. Not a great deal for what was probably over $100 worth of airlocked packs.
I like the promotion in theory, but felt ripped off overall. But then again, I felt pretty ripped off on every pack that gave 100% honor before it. Wish DB would just give us guarantees of getting something of value with our purchases instead of scratch off lottery tickets.

Only thing of importance, was a decision for a 1/5 Enterprise E Picard, 5/5 T'kuvma, or 3/5 First officer Burnham. Decided to finish of T'kuvma. Just because how rare it is to finish one and will help with future room issues.

I have said it before, will say it again. Purple citation in the pack, instead of honor purple. How long before Tilting Beam has to get a casino license?
Despite the fact that I'd mentioned to my fleet that I likely wouldn't do any more of the 4000 Honor pulls, since I've got so many SR's immortalized that I usually only get all-FF Beholds, I got a wild hair up my you-know-what today and decided on a whim to do a few more...
I got insanely lucky over the course of 5 pulls.
↑ That was a tough one. I've been looking for that Georgiou (and the Emperor) for awhile, and it'd be cool to have the 8472 Invader, but I had to go with finishing off Kirk.
↑ Tough call for different reasons, as none of them really jumped out at me (I know that people like that Janeway, but I just hate that depiction of her, so she wasn't even being considered). I ended up going with Tuvok over Joachim, both because of his extra skill and because he's main cast crew.
↑ Wouldn't really mind any of these, but Saru doesn't improve much going from 1 to 2 stars, and if I'm going to grab a new crew, the Insectoid just looks really cool.
↑ Lastly — sorry Doc, sorry Will — this Phlox is someone I've wanted for Gauntlet since he came out. Yay!
Two of the above Legendaries came from the same group, and I actually got a needed SR in a 4th pull. Should've quit while I was ahead, but went to the well one too many times, and ended up with all Honor. But I won't be doing any complaining about that string of pulls!

When a spoiler in nested within a spoiler, are those spoilers spoiled, or does it spoil those spoilers?

Ended up eventually buying 8 Honour Packs plus 4 single pulls. Got unlucky and didn't get any Legendary beholds. The 4th and 8th packs had 4* beholds with technically useful crew. Armed Georgiou and Nevesa respectively. The day after receiving each in pack they immediately drop in a Voyage. Sigh.
I did get useful schematics at least. Spent 33760 honour although each pack purchased partially paid for the next one, so probably wasted around 25-27K. Not a big deal. I didn't have any spare honour to buy a behold in any case.
I said why not, spent my little bit of honor on the 440 pulls, had enough for two pulls, one schematics, the other a purple behold. That gave me enough honor for a third, which was another purple behold giving me my last Tactical Burnham, immortalizing her. Good result I think.
Edit: Did one more single 440 honor, got this.
Edit again, guess I should tell you who I picked. Assimilated La Forge, cause he fits in with my borg crew.

First non mega legendary that I immortalized. Borgi is fantastic crew.

I got lucky myself with a 4K honor pack:
Went for the 4th star on Spock.
Knocked off, no — but now that he's immortalized, I can "put him on ice"...
Nice. Even when I had him at 4 stars, I found Laborer Spock surprisingly useful.
