@guest_813254150402050 Well, it's not that simple, but if you're good with Sheets, you could edit your own sheet at the Data and Necessities tab (it's hidden, but visible if you click in the left corner). After that you need to edit every name you want to edit, so that you could arrange the way you want to.
The FREEZER now has an Alphabetical function. I tried to reorg my copy of the list but it erased stuff.
How do I rename the characters. AKA turn KDF Alexander into Alexander, KDF so it matches the Freezer?

I would suggest you just add another column, and label it Base Name or something. Then fill in with "sort by" names for your crew. That way you still have the full names showing, otherwise it could get a little confusing (for both naming and viewing).

I don't really see need to match Freezer anyway. Any crew you unfreeze now would be directly searched by name anyway - it's so much easier that way. Well, unless you can't do it at all on phone which I doubt.
^ My guess is it would be more about filling out the spreadsheet; certainly that's where I would appreciate it. Especially for the 3*, I don't always remember who is in the freezer and who is available for play.

You will need to unhide the 'Stats' tab and change the name on both the 'Stats' and 'Crew Member' tab. The names on the 'Necessities' tab update automatically. To unhide tabs, click the hamburger icon at the bottom left

This is something that I have actually had on a 'to do' list for a while. It would be convenient to be able to list or sort crew by what character they are a variant of. The only issue is that there are several crew who count as multiple ones, such as Tuvix, who counts as Neelix, Tuvok, and Tuvix (I believe), which is a bit tricky to do.
At any rate, I have been quite busy with real life things, so did not have a lot of time to make a lot of updates. Fortunately, McMave has helped out and gone through the remaining traits, which has saved some time! A quick update with the new crew and all updated stats and traits out now, further additions to come later.
When inputting starbase bonuses for proficiency, for when there are instances where there are "CMD skill proficiency min +5%" and also "max +5%", does that mean that I'd input on the spreadsheet 5% or 10%?
And with the cryo bonuses, I have, for example, "SCI core skill +3%", but I don't see where proficiency comes in. So would I just input the core +3% into the 'base' section in cell E50? Also, same question for the other skills.

5%. They are increased at the same time anyway so they can't be different.

Yes, in base. You will get proficiency bonuses at higher levels of collections.

There is now support for Collections, trait bonuses are taken into account, and the sheet lists the characters that each crew is a variation of. Quite a few additions for a nice version number.
As usual, let me know if anything is off or not working correctly!

Miral Torress is not in fact Torres, but Miral - even in cryo, she's between Mendon and Money there. Colonel Worf is Worf in cryo but NOT Worf for anything else. Ezri is Ezri in Cryo but for events she's Dax (even one that is not Dax) and so is that one particular Odo. Jadzia is Jadzia in cry but for events Dax. Ambassador Troi and Lwaxana Troi are Troi in Cryo but not in Events (unless stated otherwise).
And events are why such sorting is good in the first place. After all you need to fill list fully one time (then it's just copy/paste and add several new) but you need to check for events all the time.
If finished collection is turned ON - ALL "Cryostasis Collection" disappear from the list of requirements.
Found it because finished Vulcan and Rare collections being show as unfinished annoyed me and I turned all collections off... so when Common and Uncommon are off I see "Cryostasis Collection" on the list of crew, when they are on I do not.
Another Collection bug. List tells me to unfreese Sheriff Worf with reason being... Cryostasis Collection. On making him active on the list it shows two Best Actives...
Strangely it tells nothing about Bajoran Ducat who is also part of collection and is also have pair of Best Actives when unfrozen.
??? ???
PS. North Star Tucker have same problem. So it's only THAT one collection I think...
I haven't updated in a while. I am noticing that episode 8 isn't on the most current mission tab to list which faction you went with. Is there a reason for this? Will copying over a version that has it alter the stats.

Because it doesn't make difference for what mission you run that have locked nodes. Which was already asked like 10 times over last 4 pages.
It seems I copy-pasted some values instead of formulas for that collection, so the crew were not being unlisted when collected. I put the formulas back in, and it should now work as intended. Ninja'd it into version 2.00, and will be in future versions too. Thanks!

I am not quite sure what you mean here. There is no On/Off setting, only a Yes/No setting to display those collection requirements. From what I see in my copy of the sheet, they seem to be working correctly. And do you mean that your Vulcan and Rare collections show as unfinished when they are actually finished? Can you share a copy of your sheet where the issue shows?
Edit: Version 2.01 in the opening post, just a quick update with latest crew in.
It seems Verge of Destruction does not apply the Crit multiplier and possibly the Required Success Rate.
Thanks! A few missions indeed had a fixed value set for their difficulty rather than a formula, so changing the crit multiplier setting did not increase their difficulty. The required success rate does not affect individual missions - it updates values on all crew across the board.
It is now fixed in the 2.01 version that's currently available and will be in next versions as well.
I have the Do Not Airlock Checklist 1.73 (2017-10-04)... I was not sure if it is too old to be edited or if I have to start over. I just put in my data at the time and never updated it.
I would say that 1.73 is pretty old by now. Quite a few things have been changed or added since then, so feel free to grab a new version
Incidentally, 2.02 is now in the OP with a quick bugfix and collections now properly mark as completed when you have enough crew to get the final reward, rather than all of them.
Really in a rush to get to version 3.00, as you can clearly see.

Well, problem is not present in new version (or at least I didn't noticed), but for the sake of completeness (and this bug NOT reappearing)...
If you will turn Common or Uncommon to ON, then in ALL characters "Why do I still need this crew member? " "Cryostasis Collection" will disappear, not just for those that are part of Common or Uncommon collection.
Thanks a lot for sharing! Found the issue - it was actually still present for most of the collections.
If you have all the possible crew for a collection, the formula that checks the remaining crew for that collection throws an error, as it did not find any results. The formulas that check for each individual crew whether they are still needed for a collection, see that cell with an error in it, and immediately also error out themselves. And presto, no more 'Cryostasis Collection' requirements.
I have immediately fixed this in the 2.02 version that is already up, and will also be fixed in future versions.
Speaking of Collections... Is it possible to add Force Issue to Show and Don't Show? Because for those of us who note unfinished crew on the list some way or other it's still useful to get crew from "finished" collections. Currently it's Yes/No, Always/Yes/No maybe?
...
And I personally really want "exclude 5*" option.
I found an issue you made with the sheet checking active crew (change from version 1.89: "The 'Best Active Skill' requirements should no longer take Frozen crew into account (thanks al103)"):
With it checking only active crew, this prevents you from knowing if a crew you don't have would become a "Best Active" if you picked it up. In other words, the change makes making BEHOLD choices a bit off. As an example, I got a behold choice today - one I had immortalized and 2 new crew. Looking at my sheet it said I needed one for collections and to space the other - so I chose the one for collections. As an afterthought as I was updating my sheet I marked the other one as active. It no longer suggested spacing, and in fact said it would be a new "Best Active X" crew - *doh*
I'm not sure that change has worked out for the best? Maybe I'm in the minority, but I like knowing if someone from my cryostasis should be pulled out, or if I should choose a new behold crewman, because they'll have the best stats to replace a lesser active crewman. Isn't that what we're striving for: making sure we have the best active crew?
Just my 2 credits from the Observation Lounge while mulling over my tea and crew rosters.
Thanks again, Leshy, for taking so much time from your life to dedicate into making all of ours simpler!

1. It's not that hard to temporary copy right column to left column.
2. It didn't NOT showed that for crew you did not have anyway, so no behold help without actually changing list.
3. Sooner or later people start putting two-skill crew in cryo even if they have better stats - because that way you can keep as much as possible three-skill voyage crew active. If it was old way said 2-skill crew in cryo would gather all "best" slots. Like in my current list it would be: T'Mir, Stamets, Mirror Tucker, Marla McGivers, Lieutenant Tarah, Kilana, Graduation Burnham, EV Suit Tucker, Bajoran Dukat. On top of that there are some 3-skills that are on common 3-skill spread and that by sum are worse than others.
4. And IIRC it counted crew in cryo, but did NOT showed for them. So if you had 6 in setting and one of them was in cryo it showed only 5.
