    When I click on the Dabo wheel, for instance, I see the ad buttons appear for a split second and then disappear immediately after first starting the game.

    Things I've tried: clearing cache, resetting ad ID, rebooting, always restarting game in-between attempts.

    I can see ads on my old iPad Mini 2 running iOS 12.1.4. I have never been able to see ads on my brand new iPad Mini 5 running iOS 12.2.

    I had ads missing for about two months. They finally came back in early March. Today, I had to clear my phone's cache and haven't gotten an ad since. That's also what broke it the first time, but I was told by support that it was unlikely to be the cause. It would seem that the cache does have something to do with it

    My ads were crashing earlier this evening, as described by others in the other thread, about 6 hours ago. I cleared app data (and cache) and have had no ads since. I too lost a bunch of potential chronitons.

    Today I have developed an issue with my ads. The button appears but when I click on it the ad comes up but does not play and the game hangs or resets itself. It was fine yesterday morning.

    My ads came back today, but they were the Facebook crashing ads. I clicked on the info button before the ad ended (and crashed) and worked my way to the Facebook login screen. Logged in and then x'ed my way out and then the ad was visible and worked.

    Still no ads for me...one thought I have is that my email address for the game is different than my goggle id email address...

    That might be a coincidence (don't know if DB changed something), but my ads came just back the following day after i deactivated a "plista" ad layer, that popped up sometimes on my smartphone browser. Did that by opting out on their homepage.

    Does you still have ads in other games?: Yes, in most (e.g. Empires & Puzzles or Hustle Castle). I realized though that in Idle Heroes the ads are gone as well. Prior to that there was a bug there where I got the rewards instantly without the ads being shown. The next day there were no ads any more but I was thinking that they stopped them intentionally . Maybe they did not either?
    As a workaround I played on my Fire tablet where ads were still available. Timing was essential though as only when quit at the right point after they elapsed a reward was granted. In some cases I had to watch 10 ads to get 1 reward. That was almost even more annoying than having no ads at all.

    A few days ago ads returned to my mobile after Unity again asked me for personalizing my ads which I approved this time. Yay!

    I hope that in this case it is just an issue with the ads providers not having any ads to show for your region.

    I hope that in this case it is just an issue with the ads providers not having any ads to show for your region.
    No, this is not the case. On an older Adroid device and on my Fire tablet ads are still there but often do not grant a reward after watching. I already raised a support ticket on this issues.
