Would I be right in thinking then that because Kira is an existing, only one of her will be available in the community award, along with a Thrax in both that and through playing and it will be Capt. Lucius that will be the main reward as you progress through?
Thrax will be a threshold reward in each of the 4 events. You'll either need to DYC or cite him to immortalize him.
We'll get 1 copy of Lorca from community rewards, and up to 3 more copies from threshold.
We'll get 1 copy of Kira from community, and up to 4 more from ranked rewards.
If they follow suit with past faction / hybrid-faction events.

Thrax will also be in a pack at the end of the mega and the pack/packs will be for only 390 dilithium.
It's a hybrid disruptor and bat'leth I believe. You can shoot or stab your enemies. It is a lot like a musket with a bayonet. And see the spikes down pointing out from the handle? That would stop your enemy from grabbing your weapon or catch their knife. Two handed disruptor with what looks like two disruptors in it.
Leave it to Klingons to put bayonets on their sex toys.

That has to be a disruptor. Their toys are bigger than that.

As Worf showed by adopting the mek'leths in DS9, smaller can be better when there's two of them.
(That art is fantastic on Lorca. Really like the restrained colour-lighting on the edges, still has the STT look but it's so much less distracting from the actual character.)

Speaking of prisoner traits, Shouldn't all the Killing Game episode Crew be prisoners? They are being held captive by the Hirogen and forced to run holodeck simulations.

Thrax stinks. Bad enough he is not a big time character and that he is cmd-sec-dip but yikes his stats stink. 3157 for total voyage score if my math is right. That is poor. He is much worse than the event recurring legendary we got last time.
Man Thrax is awful. What happened to the recurring legendaries being exceptional? Maybe they're scaling back on that for fear of breaking the game or something. The Commandant seems like a better voyage card though
Thrax looks like Kol with some DIP traded for COM...yawn. Kudos to everyone who really needed some help with SEC voyages, but for the rest of us he’s another one that will languish at 4/5* for eternity.
In related news, the citation I bought today took Leonardo to 4/5*. Hooray!
The Commandant has Killy’s ship skill and FO Burnhams Command, and didn’t even get his given name attached to him? I hope that changes, it’s weird to me.

I second this.
There is the possibility that the name you're thinking of is owned by another entity and cannot be used by DB for STT.
Has there been some mistake with the Stats posted? Thrax has identical stats to Kol from the last Mega, surely that must be a mistake? Given all the other crew for this event are Comand Security maybe there was a typo? Lorca also seems a bit emancipated stat wise but maybe being in prison does that to you. After playing a few months I will really get no use out of him. I guess it could explain the discount on the prisoner packs as compensation.

Kol and Thrax stats are not identical
Did you remember to deduct your starbase & collection bonuses when you checked?

Their bases are comparable (Thrax has more COM and less DIP) but Thrax has objectively and noticeably worse proficiencies.

GEORDI LA FORGE: Worf, is this your idea of sex?
WORF: This *is* sex.
...ah 1987 comedy.
Agent janeway is not Killing Game episode Crew, but Section 31 non-cannon crew
My Cryostasis Vault
But without the Section 31 trait, who knows what Agent Janeway is supposed to be these days.
Fully Fused Fully Equipped Level 100 Skills: CMD 1012 (156-311), DIP 436 (38-75), SEC 1134 (268-303)
Traits: Cardassian, Constable, Veteran, Desperate, Investigator, Interrogator
Thrax's proficiencies are some of the oddest I've ever seen. Two collections is nice, a voyage total worse than Judge Q's is not.
In related news, the citation I bought today took Leonardo to 4/5*. Hooray!
"Rura Penthe Commandant Koth" sounds a lot better IMO. DB get on it! Its literally like one word!
+1. Its a shame, hes soo weak.
U airlock a „free“ 4/5 Legendary? Wow.
And the Commandant has 400 % instant damge at 6 sec, so same as Killy and very useful for arena and skirmishes.
I second this.
Yes I do when I have 6 crew better than him. And I have two Killy’s so I don’t need a commandant
There is the possibility that the name you're thinking of is owned by another entity and cannot be used by DB for STT.
I need a Commandant. I might even need three. I mean, how else will I do 1,900% damage in less than 5 seconds next Skirmish?

Yes -
Kol
CMD 953 (143-440), DIP 521 (73-153), SEC 1139 (207-428)
Thrax
CMD 1012 (156-311), DIP 436 (38-75), SEC 1134 (268-303)
Definitely not identical. Similar but not identical.
Truly pathetic proficiencies
