Hi everyone, thank you for the reports and the trace routes.
I am sorry this affected so many of you. I will bring this to the attention of our ops team but this is likely something that is out of our control
Down for me again.....bye bye event.
After first outage, I just wanted to go for treshold, now that is even too fast fetched....
Will complain with Deutsche Telekom, I noticed a general sluggish connection with them.
So I have all the info in hand, for those who were or are still affected, could you please let me know where you are located in Germany and what your ISP is please?
It is the First Time I am really thinking about unstalling the Game.
Changing ur internet provider would prob be the better solution, since this is not DBs fault at all.
My DSL WiFi is on Vodafone and running fine, but nxt time it can be the other way around. So i really feel sorry for everyone affected and hope it gets resolved soon.
I'm also affected again. Northern Germany, Telekom (both DSL and mobile). What works for me is to use a free-of-charge VPN app on iOS (Betternet). It's notably slower, but it works.
My gf and I have been affected yesterday and today again. Telekom for Wifi in center Germany. Telekom on mobile for me (not working), Vodafone on mobile for her (working)
South Germany, Telekom for WiFi and Mobile, the game stopped running at my mobile around 15.30 UTC. I only came home and checked Steam right now, but this doesn't work either (same situation like yesterday).

It is just loading without getting any results.
Here the tracert to stt.
@[GM] Duncan how do you get this?
Is it just the Ping command in DOS Prompt?
The dos command is:
tracert games.disruptorbeam.com
It displays the route to your destination (or like in this case where the route is interrupted)

So far everything points to an ISP issue so contacting your ISP might help get some clarification on the issue.
South germany - ISP home: Telekom , ISP Mobile: T-Mobile
(everything else works just fine)
Telekom (home - wifi)
mobile is telefonica, which works but is pretty slow.

Yes
Same Problem like yesterday (Northgermany, Telekom)
Everything else runs well!)
I am very sorry this is happening again.
Opening thorium on the desk via DSL doesn't work.
Going mobile via o2 works.
