Servers down? Servers are not down - AWS outage impacting access to the game

Have the servers gone down? I've been sitting at the Communicating with Starfleet screen for a bit now. Android, Windows and Web clients are all doing the same thing...

    We are investigating a performance issue that affected some players a few minutes ago.
    Things have stabilized now, let me know if that is not the case.

    Just checked in looks like it’s all good now and fortuitously my voyage hit the ten hour dilemma, so happy days

    Lots of communication with Starfleet. But nothing else in Germany via Apple.

    Located in germany. Can log in now but it takes a lot of time, all ingame actions have been quite slow (esp. opening packs). Good enough to run skirmish now :)

    From what I can tell it is unfortunately some outage on the internet routes between yourself and our servers. It is out of our control :/

    I can confirm that our game is not down.
    From what I can tell global internet is not a happy place atm however and this will impact access to our servers.

    I have the same issue using WIFI but game works using 4G

    If the game works while you are using 4g but not on wifi it is an indication that something is up with internet routing. :(

    I cannot log in for most of the day, since about 11.00. Located in Poland, on android device. Receiving same message, remote server error. Never experienced such a long outage, for almost 2 years...
    Edit: game doesn't work both on 4g and wifi

    After starting the game up with 4G (still not pssible with wifi), you can use wifi to continue playing.

    I do not have an update, as far as I know it is not an issue on our end.
    I did relay the reports to our ops team.

    I was playing a few moments ago, then did the update from App Store that gave me the new start screen, but simultaneously made it impossible for me to get the game to load.
    I keep getting the ‘issue with remote server’ message that others have posted as well.
    Before the update the game was working just fine and I was considering getting the 12 hr deal with character and extras.

    Location: Sweden

    ETA: Trying to start the game on either 4G or Wi-Fi ends up only with the same error message.
