    I have no reason to doubt you. But it is a moot point if you just do one mission at a time and then hit complete. Don't try more than one.

    But bringing this up is good, since if it is a bug, they can fix it. Just don't count on a quick fix. DB is not good at quick fixes.

    (Veteran Tip: Page from the Past is one if the two most expensive missions. Skip that one.)

    Hi,

    I have a serious problem with the game since the 6.1 update. Everything was running smooth til then but since the update the game keeps crashing every aprox. 30 minutes. Then the entire android system is crashing and the phone reboots. I have a Samsung Galaxy J3 with Android 8.0. Everything is working fine except for STT. I have already reinstalled the app and have plenty of free storage space.

    Any ideas? The game is barely playable at the moment.

  • There is still no 6.1.0 client update in the Amazon App store... When is it supposed to be released there, and when will 6.1.0 be mandatory? I don't want to be locked out of the game because the update isn't still available.

    We are hoping for 6.1.0 to be available in the Amazon App store very soon, 6.1.0 will not be mandatory before then.

    What exactly is the issue? That you cannot create a thread?
    If that is the case it was because you didn't have enough points to reach rank 2. I changed that for you now.

  • The Android back button inconsistencies are quite frustrating. In some menus, pressing the back button will take me back to the previous menu or main screen as expected. In other cases - like the Dabo Wheel or event screens - pressing the Android back button will bring up a dialog box asking if I want to leave the game. The lack of consistency creates confusion and frustration.

    To clear up the confusion: The back button should ALWAYS take you back to the previous screen, unless pressed from the main Star System/Galaxy Map screen, at which point it should ask if I want to leave the game.

    i have an issue with cadet chellenge rewards not showing up in inventory.
    doing adv:uf flesh and blood, getting among other items two kazon name. used reward multiplier to double them so there should be four.
    But when i want to make the item which requires a lot of them (super rare Culluh's Pistol) it shows only the one Kazon Name i had in my inventory beforehand.
    that's frustrating to say the least.

    the Culluh's Pistol 4* does not require Kazon Name.
    Culluh's Pistol 2* and 3* do however so your Kazon Name might have been consumed for the lower variants of the Culluh's Pistol?

    I started a voyage on 10.11. with the goal to get all dilemmas and of course all characters.
    After 2d21h38m journey (16.11.) I had to refill again, clicked yes, use dilithium - the game froze. This was on Facebook Gameroom. I tried it several times, always the same problem.
    So I tried it on IOS - "An unexpected error has occurred", same on Android, same on Steam.
    Then I opened a ticket (#473369), one response about 33h later - Sent you a Revival Token, please try.
    I tried it on all platforms, same problem.
    Sent answer 3h later, since then - nothing.
    Shan, please help!!

    Was able to start, but got my butt kicked :)
    Just switched back to the old standby to proceed with the event.

    This is happening for me too. Cannot log in on iOS (tried 2 devices). I'm missing this event!

    When I reinstall the game, I am able to play through the tutorial, but then I enter my login credentials (not through Facebook), it says that it found my account, would I like to close the current game and load the saved one, and selecting yes takes me back to a log in error. I did submit a ticket, and got a screen confirmation it was submitted successfully (but did not get an email).

    This requires to send a ticket to Support and they will do their best to assist you.

    I would like to freeze Sniper Reed. He used to be assigned to one of my battle stations for arena battles. I replaced him. I've checked all the ships and he is no longer assigned. However, when I go to freeze him it still shows him in Battle Stations and won't let me freeze him. Sorry if this has been asked before.

    Battle Stations does not refer to the ships you use in Battle Arena.
    It refers to the ship you use for regular missions involving a space battle.
    To check this out, choose any mission that is a space battle and you should be able to see that the crew is currently assigned, and swap him out :)

  • In Chapter 2, I am showing 172/171. This happened when I 'manually' got a holoprogram from Rescue the Val Jean (normal i think it was). Something happened and it added a hidden 4th star. Nothing is wrong displayed on the mission or chapter screen, just in the galaxy overview.

    Not an issue exactly but wanted to point out that Dr Phlox and Dr Crusher are missing the appropriate “.” that should be a part of the abbreviation “Dr.” AFAIK all other characters called Dr. have the “.”
