    When will the fire tablet , kindle get the latest game update?

  • I don't usually extend my voyages, but I got 2 out of 3 parts on the Fierce Guinan path before 8 hours and I'm extending until I get the 3rd. I usually stop at around 8 to 10 hours. Now I'm up to hour 26 or so. Anyway, somewhere around hour 10 or 12, and for every 2 hours since, the Dilemma dialog fails to advance. It gets stuck. I have to reload the game over and over again for about 15 minutes EACH 2 hours to get the dilemma to appear. This is highly annoying. Please look into this. I've tried clearing data, clearing cache, force closing, etc. Nothing seems to speed it up other than just retrying closing the game and reloading. So annoying having to dismiss the opening dialog boxes (including offers) over again and again too.

For instance, I had over 100 0* databases in my inventory as of a couple days ago, and this morning it was suddenly zero. My 1* databases and 0* sensors are also gone this time, it's hard to tell what else.
    This is at least the second, possibly the third time this has happened. I don't know if there's some maximum inventory limit for all items, but I've tried burning hundreds/thousands of other items in the replicator and it still seems to be occurring.

    @guest_1044557138654209 — here's how you can get rid of excess items (thus lowering your total inventory of unique items below 1000), as per a post I made a while back (with thanks to Amphistaff for the technique)...

Cancel out again, remove that item, and add another, checking to see if it's needed, and then so on and so on, until I have filled up the replicator only with items that I'm certain are unneeded, then do the replication.

    If you do this with larger-starred items, you of course don't need to use as many in a replication — so you don't end up having to do the "and so on, and so on" part too much — but you can still get rid of a half-dozen or more at a time. After I learned this trick, I was able to go from upper 900s to upper 800s in my total item count, with only a handful of replications.

    Okay, this is a big help, I was sitting here trying to reduce items which I had thousands of, rather than getting rid of the individual unique items going forever unused.
  • I have 2 ways of logging into my account. When I downloaded the STT app, I used FB to set up my account. Since I wasn’t aware they were linked together, when I joined DB Forums, I used my e-mail address to set up my account. I was discussing the Tribble avatar with a fleetie, who told me that I got one when I registered for the DB Forum bridge crew. So, I logged out of my FB password and logged back in with my e-mail password. Now, regardless of which password I use, I get the tribble avatar but my fleet message board now tells me the “Welcome to the fleet” message (I’ve been a member of SoS since August 2018). I’m stumped, I can wait the 24 hours if necessary, but I want my dailies to count towards our fleet goals.

    You will need to contact Support for this as I fear this will require a manual intervention on our part. And it will likely take more than 24h.
  • Is there a way to get extra Intel besides just starting a round and buying enough for that round? I win the battles easily enough, but can't engage in enough of them to gain rank.

    Intel is gained by doing ship battles from the episodes and distress calls.

    It is not something that can easily be done unfortunately.
    I have no heard yet of anyone else having this issue.

    With the start of the galaxy event, I no longer have access to various menus in the Time Portal to get to my supply kits. The menu labels are there - "Crew", "Honor Hall", "Boosts & Kits", "Dilithium" - but nothing shows up from any of these menus. It's just blank.

    This also means I couldn't purchase Dilithium or Honor if I wanted to. :/

    I've restarted the game multiple times. Reloading the application doesn't let me into the menus.

    Still relegated to posting in this thread after 6 months...what fun. I am having the "Clearing Gravitational Well" login freeze again. My game will not move past that screen in loading. I have tried restarting the game and restarting the device - nothing.

    At least it happened *before* the event this time instead of in the middle of it like last time it happened, but I don't want to miss out on the repeating 5*, and last time it happened I was locked out for 5 days! (And took 9 days to get a CS response.)

    I gave you enough points to reach rank 2 and you will now be able to create your own threads. You will however need to log out and log back in of the forums.

    No, nothing had happened beforehand. Thank you for the points. I managed to get the game to load again after trying the trick I found in an old forum thread (2016) saying to press the home button to shift away from the app while it's loading and then go back into it to re-send the request or something. Now it's working again without doing that, thankfully.

    New to the forums and game, and I find I have a problem.

    I have been playing STT on my iPhone. Created and associated a DB account that way.

    I have spent some money on the game and now I wish to play that account on Facebook and continue my progress. I leveled up on FB to level 4 and went to settings but there appears to be no button to switch accounts.

    I have googled the issue and searched the forums but have been unable to find an answer as to how to accomplish logging into my DB account on FB to continue my game.

    I do not want to start over from scratch, so any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

    Got my problem solved by contacting support and giving them the DBID of my iPhone and the DBID of my Facebook and telling them I wanted one DBID for both and clarifying which should remain. They took care of it in under a day total - very nice people!

    Despite some frequent complaints and reports, my personal experience (with one exception) is that customer service has always been exceptionally good to me. When dealing with them: be clear, be polite, and be honest. I'm glad your first experience was positive.

    Have you tried restarting your device and the client? If so and you still cant find opponents, please submit an in-game ticket.

    I have it written down somewhere but the number escapes me. I checked your account and it looks like you should be able to post new threads now. Can you confirm if you're able to do so?
