I was just going to come on here and ask how many pulls you needed to get Tuvok. If he was a five star you could be pulling til dawn
Well, I pulled two, saw the format of the packs and have stopped. If WR wanted a way of getting absolutely everybody in the game not to pull, they might have found it.
There is the fact you get a guaranteed behold fora Super Rare or Gold in one of the slots. That's better than the past couple weeks.
It isn’t the new card though. Paladin has everyone. He just needs the new kid in town
I appreciate the Mambo Picard offer (star #3, very nice) and managed to get a third star on 007 Bashir from four pulls of today’s discount pack, but this is a hard pass from me. As overwhelmingly negative as the response has been from people here, there must be a legion of noobs who don’t understand math buying these offers.
EV Suit Tuvok could be the Second Coming of Gary Seven And With ENG/MED/COM and still not be worth a single pull of this pack.
-Good job including the behold as the option for the 4* or 5* crew. There is a large pool to grab from here, so it makes sense to make that the delivery mechanism. Great change!
Negative Feedback:
-Introducing new 3* crew as 'carrot' to chase, but only allowing a small chance of 1*, 2* or 3* crew to even drop instead of straight honor in that slot.
-Price Point still too high. Yes, it's a 'Tuesday' pack and offers a guarantee of 4* or 5* crew, but very few are from 2019/2020, which is largely considered to be 'good crew'. Crew prior to that, while still useful to some players, have been lapped in the stat department and are collectible for achievements, personal attachment, or just to add stars to existing crew in their roster so they can eventually freeze them and free up space. The 650DIL price point is normally set for new 4*/5* crew that are relevant to events or have great stats. Discounted pack prices have long been established at 490/390 DIL and for packs like these, should really be considered going forward.
You seem to have a trend going of buffing old collections and raising the cap on them, and using these types of packs to supplement for players. Don't mistake me here - I am *thrilled* that TP/WG are making these improvements and almost on a schedule of sorts, where in our previous lives we didn't get these types of improvements. I anticipate you will continue to buff collections and do so with these packs. You are doing a great job of listening and making small adjustments, so consider this weeks:
For new 4* or 5* crew being introduced, keep this weeks format but adjust the price.
For new 3* crew (don't do new 2* crew this way plz), please add a 4th slot (instead of just the current 3) that guarantees a 2* or 3* drop. AND/OR offer the 9.99 '10 for 10' offer you did with Picard, but make the new 3* as part of the purchase. And drop the price.
I just spent 10k DIL and don't have a new EV Suit Tuvok - even I have my limits and it certainly has been found at spending $100 to try and get a new 3* crew and not getting it.
Except 95% of the people pulling this just want the new card. 550 dil for a random behold of Vulcans who have been in the game for years isn’t something many people would pull.
I stand by my decision to never purchase one of these demerit packs. Hopefully you can run some metrics to see just how much money you're losing from established players through this new predatory pack structure.

I cleared a dabo wheel for Narek recently vs. throwing money away on his pack and spent more than I would have liked on fully fusing Admiral Hubris last week just to prove a point. I'm not buying these demerit packs and I'll throw money at other things just to tip the scales against them.

They are tweaking them. They are forcing it cuz they really want it to go over big. Some people refuse to believe their idea is not a good one so they hope a spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down, the medicine go down, the medicine go down
Because they keep making changes and want to see how people like the changes.
They are also trying to find a way to monetize new crew under 4*.
I will continue to spend but only on offers and packs I wish to. One horrible offer isn’t going to close my wallet, I just won’t buy that one

This pack is cheaper and has a guaranteed more limited pool for the 4*/5*. If you get the tuvok it's a bonus, but the value here is a behold from a limited subset of crew for 550 Dil. If there are 4*/5* crew that you want, I think it's at least worth considering.
