Kamin is overdue in the game, but (I know what your thinking, oh oh here it comes) this will be the 5th Picard card (heh) in less than 5 months.
That Event will also have 2 new 4 🌟 Crew, Cadet Picard {Tom Hardy} and the Naasican. Who will be Fuzed to be the one remaing card from the leaked ten. 3 🌟 Ranked will be Picard from Darmok, and Threshold will have a new 2 🌟 Picard of some kind.

Pretty dissapointing stats. 2nd skill should be at least 1000+(If main skill is 1200+) and not 800 only. Not going invest into him, he will stay 1/5 forever.
He is a Picard who appears in many events so good bonus possibilities. Good voyage score of 3482. Good skill combo. Atrocious traits. Kagan, geologist, and botanist never come up on voyages. I have only a couple times seen musician. So he will almost never have trait bonus on voyages.
Not bad from what I see, and at the end of the day he's a Picard and there's an active Picard show.
However, even newer players will likely see him eclipsed by Homesteader Janeway and Picard & Number One. The former has the same skills (albeit in a different order) and the latter is another SCI/DIP Picard. Both are legendaries that folks probably have multiple stars in even if they haven't used any citations.
His traits, while appropriate for the character, aren't terribly useful in the game.
Newer players (if they can get him) will probably love him in the gauntlet, but there are some much bigger SCI/DIP fish out there.
All this being said, I'm considering going for him simply because I love the episode. This would only be the second time I've tried to place 1500+ in a faction event (the first was Ishan Chaye Sisko, who I got).

Not great to be honest. His raw voyages score is 3,458 which makes him 44th best voyages crew. Skill combo isn t too rare, at least not the main skillsSCI/DIP.

A Picard with MED that isn’t a guaranteed freezer dweller for anyone with a decent collection of 4*/5* crew is something mildly notable but the raw stats are unusually heavy towards the primary and the traits are rather bad. As an iconic character, he’s eminently collectible, however, and should prove to be a stout Picard variant for future events.
My excitement for him is a little muted due to his stats and the ongoing Wallgate issue, though I may still see how the event goes and make a push for top 1500 if it isn’t a bloodbath.
