1-Overlapping windows, in my case I hate when I claim a shuttle, and then an offer pops up (that I know can stop it if I open it when I enter the game, but I don't always remember), and then I end up with the main UI overlapping the shuttle results
A few times I have inadvertently clicked/tapped an offer because it popped up during doing something else and then had to cancel it. This is not just annoying, it also probably gives them data that someone wanted to buy it and then it didn't finish, which is the wrong conclusion here.
Also, with the amount of offers and other in-game popups, I have trained myself very well to click them away by now, so I barely see them and only consider all of them an annoyance - which is probably not what they want with them either.

1. Getting schematics or replicator rations instead of a 4* crew from a Dilemma.
2. Not getting any 4* crew from a Voyage.
3. Getting a duplicate 4* crew from a Voyage.
Does anybody pay 3,000 dilithium for five additional crew slots? (Yeah, I didn’t think so.) With all of the events that introduce new crew, the LTOs, the Beholds, the crew and beholds in the campaign, ETC., crew space becomes a real bottleneck. Even new players often find themselves airlocking crew. Permanently reducing the cost of adding crew slots or just eliminating the limitation altogether would make a lot of players happy. This game has clearly taken a turn towards “Pokemon, but Star Trek.” I think if that’s the way the game is going to be, limiting space is counterproductive. You’d probably make more money if players aren’t pausing to consider if they have space.

If it seems like my anger is excessive, here are a few examples from the last 48 hours:
*It crashed FIVE times running SIX arena tickets.
*I logged back in once, claimed my Daily Task reward and was bounced out again.
*I logged back in, got my daily reward and was bounced out again.
*It will only run a new account on my phone. Once I reinstall and log in to my existing account, it refuses to move from the Disco splash. The progress bar doesn't even appear.
*The second Kindle won't let me login after reinstall. Facebook doesn't work and the keyboard won't appear so I can log in manually.
*I was bounced out on Skirmish battle 4, logged back in, replayed 4, was bounced as it ended, came back in, allowed back because I was at the choose reward screen, got my bonus, hit continue, and was bounced for the second and final time before round five.
* I was bounced the moment I started one Skirmish, before anything even came up, and bounced the second time on the first battle.
* I was bounced while choosing my crew and ship.
* I was bounced twice in a row trying to crew a Voyage.
* I logged in, triggered first dilemma on the above Voyage, and was bounced back out.
* I was bounced three times while trying to retrieve four shuttles.
* I was bounced twice trying to launch four more shuttles.
* I was bounced four times in the first thirteen minutes I played after I got home today.
* I was bounced out opening a pack and then bounced again when I claimed the Daily Task for opening one.
Do I REALLY need to keep going?

1. In my view, the game needs some kind of major change/overhaul, but the devs don't seem to think so. (The only thing happening really is the events, and the constant stream of new crew, which you then can't do anything useful with...)
2. So many of my longtime fleetmates leaving the game due to 1. (I don't blame them. While I'm still hanging in there for now, I'm spending less and less time in this game, and more in other games.)
3. All the longtime bugs apparently put on the backlog and never emerging from there again

Yep. Comment moderated. ~Shan They are not considering that the existing player base is growing ever more bored with the game and that they are losing the revenue stream they already have, in favor of a revenue stream they hope to gain from new players starting the game.
But in my estimation, for every new player that commits to over 2 weeks of STT, at least 1 (and maybe more) players who have been playing for years and years is quitting.

By YOUR ESTIMATION. The staff at WRG are not clueless. They are looking at actual player retention data, not just grumblings on the forum. If their numbers were cratering they would address it. But based on the data they see, they appear to be happy with their long term revenue growth prospects. There is a certain amount of churn every mobile game expects. Is STT above or below that? I have no idea, but the people looking at the data do. And they don't seem to think it's an issue right now.

Yes. In my estimation. Just like I typed.
and regardless of what the "real data" shows in terms of game longevity, in terms of player confidence that their investment in this game is a sound one, its not really there anymore. Which is why a lot of people are quitting after hitting the plateau. There is simply nothing left to accomplish at a certain point, which is kind of a disappointment for those of us who have put real folding money into the game.
You can be mad about people having a dissenting opinion about the direction this game is going. But in my estimation, given enough time, your opinion will be similar to my own.

I don't mind people having dissenting opinions. I am getting annoyed at comment moderated. ~Shan guest accounts posting nothing but complaints. Especially when they like to throw in the word "estimation" and thinks that makes every conspiracy theory they have valid.
As someone that’s not a troll with a guest account I support their estimation. Trying to currently build a new fleet and I can solidly say many new players simply don’t stick around. I can also say that many long time captains I know have either quit or play very little due to nothing other than boredom.
All games come to a point where the development stops at some point if you have played long enough. I don’t feel that’s the case with this game. They could do much more easily but perhaps as you suggest the numbers still feel good to them as far as player retention and profit goes. Myself, I quit spending at the end of 2020 for various faults I find with the game. On the current path I will never spend again. I have Pokémon Go that I can collect em all for free. I wanted to play a Star Trek game and instead it’s become just mindless tapping each week, freezing crew, and finishing collections that’ll take me decades to finish lol.
I have told myself I’ll give it until the end of 2021 to see if we have some new feature like voyages, a new event type, basically anything other than tapping endlessly, collecting just to freeze, and gambling on next to worthless packs. In other words give me a reason to collect more crew, collections don’t cut it!
There’s gotta be at least one person out there doing their best to game the Celestial Market and looking to make fat ISM bank or hording polestars and constellations. The Blessed Exchequer will be pleased.
I’ve known a few people in my Warcraft time who mostly play the game to make gold off the Auction house.
They need to iron out some of these bugs. I had 120k Intel that I couldn't spend until the last 75 minutes or so, because the idiotic thing was bouncing more than a pogo stick on a trampoline until then. Had about 72k left when it ended.

Regarding the "event phase has ended" issue in skirmishes, it could be due to having selected a crew that is in overflow. Crew in overflow should not be presented when selecting crew for a skirmish but due to a bug, they are.

If by overflow you mean over the crew quarters limit, is not the case with me. And it is not something regarding selecting crew as far as I can tell: I choose always the same crew for the entire event, and never change them, but the message seems to be random (I guess I would get it everytime until I change crew)

I don't have a top 3 per se, but I think some issues around gameplay have gone static and need some development attention:
* Regular missions should be occurring. It keeps the storyline moving forward independent of the event stories.
* Some achievements need to be revamped. For example, you hit 600 immortal crew and that is the end of the achievement. I know that I (and the rest of my fleet) would still be interested in competing to gain those achievement goals. What's beyond 20k gauntlet rounds, etc.
* VIP 15, anyone?
