    8472 Habitat (from Voyager episode with Valerie Archer, who is still not in the game sadly) would be a nice boss fight, or the Tactical Cube from "Unimatrix Zero", or the Borg Unicomplex from "Endgame" / "Dark Frontier"! :)

    I love all the TOS ideas. The wackier, the better. Apollo's Hand. Abraham Lincoln. That multi-colored rotating cube thing of Balok's. Bring 'em.

    I'm conflicted about V'Ger. It feels incongruous with the source material to gang up on it to destroy it in battle. But I'm totally down with Not-God from The Final Frontier.

    I think not. A couple of Frengi in a shuttle craft were enough to stop them from their designs in one episode. Not a huge challenge.

    Why not just Deep Space 9? I mean, it doesn't just have to be show villains. Cardassia and Dominion are factions....

    This might be the only real way to get the station in the game.

    I think the Crystalline Entity is another solid obvious choice.
