Game freezes (white screen) upon conclusion of advertisement

Every time I see an advertisement, the game freezes when the ad concludes. Screen turns white, and going to another app and coming back doesn't help the situation.

Using iOS, iPhone.

Since the release of v3.0 it affects about 80% of all video ads. I have a support request around this as I estimate it is the equivalent of 150 Chronitons per day that those affected are unable to benefit from

I'm having problem with some of the AD. Once it's done, it restarts the game and no chron/mission been done. It's been worse the last couple of days now. I have Samsung S4

Still having the same problem. Ad's worked great before the update. I've had to restart the game after almost every ad today on my iPhone 6.

I have been having the white screen issue at the end of the ad playing, since the last update. It happens on all ads, 100% of the time.

Used to happen with the last app version, but minimizing the game would clear up the problem. Now I have to completely shut down the game and log back in.

Considering the load times on my 6 plus, I rarely play anymore.

I log in once a day and get my daily, and then run a scan to see if the problem has been fixed. When it hasn't, I log back out and wait.

Like I had a crash for an Ad for a Pirates of the Caribbean game.

I get this on a daily basis. Almost every extra scan doesn’t work the first time. I’ve had it on the homescapes ad the most it seems. I’m using an iPad mini. I have not put in a ticket.

This is one of the ads that does not allow me to exit. Instead, it says you must complete it, and the only alternative is to install this game? So I have to reboot the game .

Fingers crossed, but at least for me, it appears the white screen/restart problem after an ad runs is over. They have all worked today.

My screen turns black. A blue bar scrolls across the bottom. I can't exit the ad and have to kill STT.

This just happened to me .... after having the homescapes ad twice ..... 3 ads with no reward

That ad locks for me also. Can't hit the "X". need to force close STT. Samsung S8. on 7.0

I am having the same issue with the Nature Made ad .... after playing the ad it forces a restart of the app without paying the reward.

Today’s first extra scan try ad was for Halloween themed fishdom, white screen after ad have to close game and restart. iPad mini, all latest updates as before. Last night my second daily scan white screened after homescapes ad. I am unable to get the xtra scan to work at all.

Just had a second one white screen me when I tried to do an extra scan. It was the last day on earth zombie ad, Finished, white screen came up and froze, had to restart the game. So it’s happening every time now for me. Not worth clicking on anymore if we have to restart every time.

Thought it was fixed ... just had the white screen freeze again after an ad ran. Didn't pay attention to which ad had run. Had to force quit the game and restart. iPhone 6.
