What 2* crew member will meet the Epic level CMD node on "Of Two Evils" and complete the node? The crew has to be alien or part alien, also traits of veteran or duelist or Klingon with a command level of 380.
Major Kira is a veteran but is at level 292, Sec. Chief Worf is a duelist and Klingon but his level is 219.
Help on this matter would be great. Thank you in advance.

Been a long time so I don't recall who I used, but Cadet Sito Jaxa should have no problems with that node. Worf should be able to handle it too (262-349 depending on roll plus he gets two 90 point boosts for Klingon & Duelist making it 442-529) even without Starbase bonuses.

Yes, both Sito & Sec Chief Worf are 2* alien cadets.

The OP of this thread is a bit out of date. The portal lists are no longer maintained. And someone in my fleet created a Little Book of Cadet Advice for the Common, Uncommon, and Rare crew that are not mentioned in the Big Book of Behold Advice. (And I can't find his handle on here to tag Fleet Captain Idol.)
I was just revising my new Event Bonus calculator and discovered a discrepancy between it and the Crew lvl 100 sheet: Jack Crusher is listed there as "Jack Crusher", whereas his card is "Lt. Commander Jack Crusher". Not a big deal, obviously, but thought I'd make note of it. Also the 1 / 4's are still inexplicably there (Captain Kurn and Liaison Torres).

Hello, I joined Timelines pretty much when it first started and played for a few months. I loved it but quit because I was playing it so much and even setting alarms in the night just so I could make the top 500 to 1000 each time. I quit at Rank 44 VIP 3
How have things changed and can people get into the top without going crazy as I did?

I've just fused a character, but how do I make them more powerful again?
I have lots of goodies so what is the best thing to spend them on?
2228117 Credits, 5230 merits, 11847 Cronitons, 1080 dilithium, and 20000 honor.
I have crew slots of 86 / 135, 4/4 shuttles, 11 Legendary but all are 1 star, with a bunch of purple ones. I tried doing a mission and I couldn't do a basic one because I don't have a Green medic or something. I'm lost.
If I remember correctly, it is better to have a few Legendary Characters, how do I guarantee or at least increase my chances of getting them? I'd love to make one of them a 2 star Legendary.

Okay, smashed it in the past two days over my midnight shifts. I spent pretty much all my resources, wasted a few but the majority went to Immortalising my Super Rare crew which makes them more effective in the game of course.
I've now got the hang of the new gameplay Gauntlet and Voyages, while remembering how terrible spending Dilithium on the Dabo wheel was.
Well I don't know about the rest of these tools, but the "STT Level 100 Spreadsheet (Shuttles, Voyages, Gauntlet, Cadets) - Peachtree Rex, Zottex" in the menu of this thread is amazing and 100% recommended by me.

Regarding the Latest Crew lvl 100 Stats sheet, Command proficiency min max bonus now goes up from 13% to 14%, with the addition of Red Angel to the 'New Challenger' collection. This needs updating in the sheet.
