finally reconnected, after hours , but shuttles are still very slow, I know this is not your fought DB, but can't you kick someones **tsk tsk** over this please?
Game connection down again. Can‘t finalize missions and start new missions. Can‘t run the in-game arena ship battles. The daily target isn’t reachable. It‘s disappointing and annoying. I hope DB will find a way to satisfy their customers. Now I‘m going to sleep (23:30 in Germany).

I have not even been able to login at all. So all my daily missions have not been completed. I have not been able to play the Gauntlet (so will finish much lower as a result) I have not been able to send out a new voyage or play any of the event.
One day one of these straws would be the last one.

Yeah, it booted me. My wifi worked for a bit, but had to change VPN servers when that was flaky and the old server stopped working. Gotta love these government enforced monopolies we call service providers, and their incentive to not upgrade network gear.
I doubt there will be compensation. This outage is effecting lost of things. 911 in Western Washington State, as well as other more necessary services than a game.

Compensation for the game is basically free (at worse it might lead to lower spending).
If this is impacting emergency systems the cable company should be looking at massive fines and even potential loss of licence if a sensible contract is in place.
I had issues with my home broadband and got free service for a month and they paid compensation to cover increased mobile data use.
DB could actually come out of this financially better off
Here in Arizona, US, yesterday I had no connection, same today. Using Android, wifi and cel both working fine the whole time, except STT hangs during startup. The hypothesis that this is not a DB problem, mainly localized in Europe, looks to be disproven. Unable to make progress in the event, looks like an abort for me. I will miss getting Etana. Remedy? Send me one!
Running flawlessly from Finland, didn't even know there was a problem untill I checked the forums few hours ago...
Anyhow have you guys tried a VPN to somewhere else before launching STT? To bypass the affected network/area? Lots of free vpn apps available to choose from in the app stores...

Wow that is really pushing your CS team under a bus.
Well seeing as people are never happy about blanket compensations either... this is more of a precision tool.
CS response seems just as much RNG as the rest of the game.
I suspect the reason why DB don't like is quoting CS responses in the forums is to stop us comparing notes.
I play other mobile games and some of them have excellent CS teams (one of them even responded and fixed my issue within a few hours on Christmas day!)
I have lost count how many times I’ve logged in, gotten kicked out, then logged back in this weekend. No, I am not an international player, I live in Northeast Florida.

It took me ages to log in, but it worked at least.
Same here. I am only going to play to get the mega legendary.
Then I expect compensation will be announced after the event and will annoy me even more

I play other games as well, some of them are made by Bethesda. :DD
Yeah Bethesda is the current gold standard for poor customer support but DB are competing hard for the silver
