I've noticed a couple newer crew, Adira Tal and Lothario Q, aren't registering properly in the voyage calculator. Their picture doesn't appear and their stats don't get added in to the totals, throwing off the final estimate. Any idea why?
I even started a new sheet, using the latest version, and still have this issue.
NoblemanDK fixed this issue for me: "Ahh. When i import, i sort from z-a in column d
That helps with the way they are shown in all aspects"
It seems like the quotation marks in Dark Ages McCoy's name are making his portrait not show up like the other characters. Is there something I can do to my copy of the sheet to fix that?
I noticed the formulas in the Collections are hard coded a little. If you tweak the formula, it will make then more dynamic when/if you update the Collections tab.
Now working on a 5.0 update that will go through some fixes mentioned above but also add in a new Collection tracker since we seem to be getting multiple crew hitting various collection, one can get a bit lost!
Been made aware there is some errors in the counts for the collection, but the crew displayed underneath should still be accurate, just some of the numbers might be a bit off.
Fixed a bug for those with extremely large rosters that collections were not showing correctly.
Also there is a bug still with crew count and duped crew, investigating that one.
Noticed something strange, if I have dupes and one is frozen they all show as frozen, must be the bug.
Yeh a limitation of using a Query formula and not line specific searching is that is will generalise more, luckily this shouldn't effect the rankings on other pages so I'm going to leave it for now.
Updated! 5.5!
I really wasn't happy with the collection page so I reworked it from the ground up. 5.5 now features completely customisable options so you can select which collections you want to count.
Also the order is sorted so you can see how many crew you need to complete it, with preference to those that complete multiple collections. Grab the latest one here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1eGN5GWHALlQU46PzvBZhfFA-8z0LdBHCLg8E8Oluvtk/edit#gid=0
I encountered this little thing about a collection shown in green, while all others are either shown as red´ish or white
Looks like Conditional Formatting got confused, can you send me the link to the sheet?
Also I forgot to put in the Badda-Bing collection, I'll update that soon
Small update to 5.6. Fixed some bugs and added in a "Level These Crew" sections to the collection screen. For those who have a Fully Fused crew but have no levelled them, they won't show up in the calculations, so this gives you a gentle reminder to pop open a pack and get going!
One minor glitch. If you look at Ba'Ku and Ba'Ul it says there are 1 but it doesnt say who it is. And it is multiple traits where it is shown like that

If he is in your crew, he will appear in the Voyage Pair Data tab, but is not featured in any of the Potential Columns. Must be something to do with the punctuation as well

Urgh, this problem again. I'll look into it. Bloody WRG adding puntuation is every spreadsheet makers nightmare. A few regexmatches should solve it.
@Captain Idol This tool is AMAZING! Thank you so much for making and maintaining it! I have a question about the Potential Crew calculator when you get time:
a) Does "Min Roll" refer to = "Skill Proficiency Min" roll > "Current Value" (Active Buffs) and Max Roll refer to = "Skill Proficiency Max" roll > "Current Value" (Active Buffs)?
b) If correct, do we use the "Max proficiency" scores at all anywhere?

Thank you, wonderful person!
So all Min/Max rolls are multiplied by the bonuses.
So for example the calc I've used for CMD min roll is:
Arrayformula to populate the sheet
Intro!O12 is your CMD min roll
Mulitplied by the referenced location on the DCImport (Automatic Import from the Datacore, will match up with your Datacore Import)
Then a small addition of the row number shared by 10k to avoid duplicate responses from messing up orders.
So it's a simple multiplication, this is then compared against your current roster to determine who is better/worse
Okay, that makes a lot of sense. Just to be clear, though, we should not enter anything at all in the "Min Roll" and "Max Roll" percentage columns for the Potential Crew calculator, only the "Base" column?
Also, I do not know what has changed, but I am no longer getting values for many of the fields in the tool. I have replaced the sheet with new versions, just to make sure. I am selecting "Replace current sheet" and uploading my CSV; I've also tried copying and pasting the CSV into that sheet. I have tried leaving the Google Sheets default import setting to "change text to numbers, dates, and formulas" selected during import and I have tried the opposite -- I have even tried using three different accounts of data, three different browsers, and three different platforms (Mac, PC, and iOS). I have tried to let it calculate overnight with new copies of the tool, two days in a row -- with no change. I am certain I am doing something incorrectly, but I am unable to troubleshoot further on my own. Any help is greatly appreciated. (I had been using the tool for the past two weeks without issue; things only changed with the newest copies I made in the last couple of days, if that helps.) Any help is greatly appreciated; I love this tool and would be super sad notto have it any more. (FYI, other tools that require imports, such as "Do Not Airlock" continue to function for me without problem.)

No enter your min and max rolls too. They will be your proficiency bonuses.
Unsure about your other problem. Attach your CSV and a link to your sheet here and I'll see whats up.
