    This item must be incorrect and should be fixed. What possible reason could there be to equip Maje Haron's furs on Colonel Karr?

    Hello,
    when the collections in cryostasis vault appeared, I obviously claimed several I already had filled and enjoyed the bonuses they came with, including chronitor cap bonus and trainer efficiency bonus ... for about a day. After that, they all disappeared.

    I already wrote on support but didn't get any reply (except the automatic one) yet.

    ... am I only one with this problem?

    (I would post screenshots but apparently I'm not allowed ...)

    Hello, just noticed that about 400-500 dilithium vanished from my account over night. Not sure exactly the amount but if any GM can check any log would be appreciated. Thank you. PS: i have submitted an online ticket too.
  • Would like to see ST movies included in timelines. That is ships and characters and possible backgrounds which caused the movie. Example : in STAR TREK THE MOTION PICTURE there is V-GER. That was the Voyager probe sent Earth returned by a machine life planet. I suggest Capt Janeway and the crew of her Voyager encounter that machine planet and learn an alien race fought. The alien survivors started the Borg. The event could use Voyager , Borg ships , Voyager crew , Borg , Kazan , Cardassion , Marquis characters. just an idea !
  • Dominion Episode “Feed a Fever” episode 12.
    So out of 507+ characters, there are only TWO that have the diplomacy stats to beat the locked segment in “Feed a Fever”. That’s pretty crazy bc one of them is the 5* Changling Founder which is difficult to get unless you BUY her and the other is Kilana at Level 100 4/4*.

    Can you please alter the “Locked by” traits please?
  • I have a crew member that shows locked because they are in a battle station. However, I replaced them a couple of days ago with a better crew member. The replacement does not show on battle station. I want to freeze the old crew member but am unable because of the locked status.

    It's not fist locked node with that bad requirements. Just there more crew now and they are stronger.

    Just 3/4 Kilana with full or near full Starbase bonuses (even before collection) should be able to crit it. Also Weyoun Clone 4 have Communicator for second +252 on Epic.

    Also, in case you don’t have him- Weyoun Clone 4 is available by completing Episode 8 and choosing the Dominion victory.

    And the link i have in email from ticket service seems broken, always say password incorect when i try to open it with my acount.
  • Yes they monitor this, and least Monday through Friday, in the Eastern USA.

    I'm pretty sure those are independent accounts. I had problem the other way: I was able to login on the ticket service but not here until I reset password. Try to create new account there and/or reset password.

    I have "progress" on my ticket (just now): they said it's not widespread and that I should try to reinstall the application. So, good advice: no matter what problem you have, even if it's obvious reinstall can't help, try reinstalling application and mention it in the ticket.

    Another progress: I claimed another bonus from immortalized collections and the lost bonuses also appeared. I hope I won't need to do it again, there is not that many bonuses I can claim left :smile:

    Its nothing about reinstaling because i play the game on 3 different devices. 2 android tablets and pc via steam.

    Anyone have insight on this? My fleet is going strong for months (SPACE TOAST), but it is stuck on 49 people.No matter what I do, it will not allow 50 people. So...why 49/50? Is that a bug?

    We had a similar issue in our fleet. After no small amount of efforting on DB's part, we finally got it resolved. Submit a ticket, and mention that it may be related to something that Colonial Fleet Ohio (CFOH) went through a few months back. Good luck!

    You need specific credentials for the support portal, as you have submitted a ticket all you need to do is creating a password for your support portal account.

    Are you sure you are looking in the right spot? Battle Station is NOT for the ships you use for Battle Arena, it is for the ship you are using for space mission. Is that what you changed?

    i managed to access the zendesk ticket support system, but the problem is not resolved. Noone looked in to it for now... still waiting... ive tryed to add a screenshot but i see i dont have the right to do it yet :)

On the Galaxy Map missions, for the Celestial Temple Distress Calls Missions, they seem to be exorbitantly high for skills, nearly as much as Episode 8 missions. Can someone check these values and see if they should be lowered?
    For the bug issue I reported. I was doing the Operation Isolate Away Mission on the Elite Difficulty. I am currently having an issue with getting the rare reward star for the Develop and Test Vaccines node. The required skill is Medicine 484. I have tried using Commando Crusher(FF/FE Immortalized), she has a skill of 536 in Medicine before the skill bonus is applied. This should be more than enough to unlock that node and reward, but even though the mission is a success, it is never enough to unlock that reward.

    To crit node you need something like 30% more.
    484*1.3=629
    Commando Crusher maximum roll is 510+132=642. Just a bit above that. Minimum is 510+44=554 - well below that. Most of the time you would just roll below crit point. And CC don't have neither Exobiology nor Resourceful for bonus. So on average you need like 20-30 attempts to crit it. Less with Starbase and Collection bonuses, but even with them you will often roll below crit.

    As for Celestial Temple despite IIRC appearing earlier than that it's like Episode 6.5 or 7.5 with appropriate difficulty.
  • Ferengi Traditionalist transmissions are the only ones that show up in the rewards table even though this is a 3 faction event. Is this on purpose or were the other factions accidentally omitted?
