Found a Typo on the Char Dr. Reyga. In his Char Description it says "A brilliant Ferengi scientist, Doctor Reyga invented the metphasic shield before his death" however it should read: "A brilliant Ferengi scientist, Doctor Reyga invented the metaphasic shield before his death".

2) prior to engaging on a mission it would be nice to see how many of each item you have by clicking on it. (See pic).
On Feb 6, we got a communication that 5 new crew slots would be added and later on we’d see the 500th crew. Got Suus Manna Sarek, but not the slots. Badly out of room, please help.
Were there any performance issues about an hour and a half / hour ago?
I was able to choose a dilemma resolution but then the game locked up and I was unable to log back in - tried Android mobile on WiFi and mobile data and Windows Facebook but the status bars crawled and timed out
When things improved and I got back in I had run out of antimatter and my voyage was wasted - most frustrating!
Any come back / compensation for this?

The 5 free crew slots were awarded on Feb 6. Everyone has received them.

No issues on our end that I am aware of. I am sorry you encountered this issue.

Been suggested since right after the game came out, but they don't seem to want to actually do it for some reason. Would be a nice QOL improvement if they ever did.
Is anyone else seeing a massive drop off in rewards from voyages since the update? 1 8 hour and one 7 hour voyage, nothing but uncommon crew. Several of my squadron mates are reporting the same.

I have dismissed the crew from those packs - don't know how to dismiss the Ship Schematics though. This included some 5 star event crew FWIW and another 5 star. I don't want Cust Service to accuse me of trying to cheat the game, I sent them a copy of the dismissed crew
I am on disability after a car accident, I earn dil from Google Surveys, so I don't buy packs that often. Now I am down 1,300 dil.

I am sorry this happened, submitting a ticket to our Support Team is sufficient.
New Bug with this event - All Thresholds collected and community but only 3/4 Landry.... new ticket going in
Not necessarily a bug, if the Community Reward with Landry got completed after you reached the last solo threshold, you will need to wait until you unlock another reward or until the event ends to receive that reward.
HELP, I can't access voyages. I'm level 21, and the icon not in lower left of galaxy map. I logged a ticket 3 days ago but no response yet. Hello Donak — not a mod, just another player. From what I recall, you can't create a new thread here until you've reached "Level 2". One way to raise your level is to get more "awesomes" — and I've helped you toward that latter goal by "awesoming" your post above. You may be able to create it now. If not, try uploading a custom avatar (on your user profile settings), which also helps raise your user level.

game froze 3 straight times buying dil but took my money... I opened ticket but it's consistent. totally unable to purchase dil, $130 in the hole and evidently in 24+ hrs no one has even looked at my ticket yet 😞
