    There is no issue on our end.
    Are you getting an error message?

    I am an old man traveling. My laptop uses windows 8.1 and chrome.
    When I try to load via facebook, after the music stops I get a black screen. Via gameroom, I get a javascript error.
    I have never played the game on this laptop, but my other games have no problem.
  • Game doesn't load in facebook. Tried clearing cookies, using incognito mode, white screen with nothing on it.

    Any update on my issue with not being able to play Episode 8 Mission 3?

    If not, could it be possible to give the credit of playing the mission to see if the issue resolves itself?

    Make sure that the game is not being blocked by Chrome, I have seen one player reporting that that was the case for them.

    Does the firewall for that laptop allows the game to access internet?
    How much ram and free space is there?
  • tried turning off the firewall--no difference. as for ram 2G, free space not sure, remember--old man.

    No update so far.
    Unfortunately we do not have a way to complete the mission for you.
  • I had issues during this last event....with my FED shuttles being stuck......so I assumed it was only an event problem. SO guess what? Its not...I again have 4 FED shuttles stuck. is this something being worked on? How and when is this going to be addressed? Do you have any answers?

  • I have been buying themed packs very sparingly because of the issue I'm reporting, but today I took one again. Lo and behold, just like the last few times I received the one single card I had already maxed out. It has happened to me with LaForge, with Seven and several others. I've been reporting it in game, but I only get the answer I am just unlucky. Somehow that seems very unlucky, especially considering every other form of luck I've seen. So what's the deal? Do we need to spend 1000's of dilithium to get something new? Frankly the amount of times I get kicked in the nuts for actually buying something is rather off putting. Is the guaranteed card always going to be one that you already have or not?

    You're gonna get the same answer from everybody here, haha. We've all had it happen to us, and yes, sometimes it happens several times in a row. But then on occasion you'll get a Legendary dropping from the very first themed/event pack, which more than makes up for it. Personally, I don't usually bother with themed packs if I have 2 of the featured super-rares immortalized — unless it's a pack with a lot of crew, then as long as there are about half of them that I still don't have FF, I may take the chance.



    Could you please continue the petty bickering? I find it most intriguing.

    If the one card you have maxed is a Super Rare card, and you're referring to a theme pack with 3 Legendaries and 3 Super Rares, your odds of getting them in your one guaranteed slot are about 30%. The odds of that happening twice in a row are about 9% or 1 in 11. The odds of it happening three times in a row are about 2.7% or 1 in 37- which is to say, not actually that unlikely.

    Hi there, when loading Star Trek Timelines on Chrome, please check the address bar.
    Some players have reported that a pop up redirect was blocked. Clicking on the icon showing the block should allow you to resume loading the game.

    Let us know if that is the case :)

    I started another ticket for the issue I am having with with Mission 8 Episode 3. The rep responded back requested a screenshot so here it is. I know you are all busy, but I'm pretty much stuck and cannot advance forward in the game.

    Creating a new ticket will not help unfortunately.
    You can add the screenshot by replying to the the rep, simply send it as an attachment.
    We understand that this is blocking you from advancing in the story :/

    I started playing on my iPad a couple months ago and created an account at that time. I wanted to pickup my game on PC but something went wrong: When I got to Lv4 and logged in, I didn't end up with my current game/progress. Back on the iPad, I find I'm no longer logged in. If I try to log in, the only choice is to over-write my current Lv31 game!

    Is there any way to get my Lv31 game on the iPad synced with my DB account now?!?

    Please contact our Support Team for assistance, provide them with as much details as you can regarding your original account, account number (DBID), name you chose for yourself. If you have made purchases please provide copy of the receipt of the most recent ones.
