Cannot create a thread yet but have an issue? Please post here :)

  • Have an immortalized 2 star Neelix that I want to freeze. He was being used in battle station slots for all 3 arena ship tiers, but I removed him from all 3. He's not being used on a voyage, or in a Shuttle mission, but he's still listed as "Battle Station" and cannot be frozen.

    Can anyone help?

    Try checking your Bridge Crew. Travel to a ship battle (any ship battle on the Galaxy Map, it doesn't matter which one), and from there you can change your Bridge Crew.


    Could you please continue the petty bickering? I find it most intriguing.

    The restart sorted out the Campaign issue, but I still have a Will Riker with Trill in his traits.
    Have you contacted support yet? I would recommend doing so and provide a screenshot please - thank you!

    To change your forum name please follow these steps :)
    To modify your username and/or your email address please go to the your Account on Disruptorbeam.com https://games.disruptorbeam.com/account
    Then log out and log back in on the forums to see the change.

    Yes, I agree. I tried clicking on the link you posted, and also from my account page there is a link to the same page. As shown

    I had an issue a while ago where there was something wrong with the auto-fill, even though it looked right. Try typing everything in manually and don't let it auto-complete.

    Thanks for the suggestion, but the form won't let me key anything in but the new name. The email can be changed, but you have to change it or it tells you its in use. The DBID can't be changed (should that be TPID?)

    I've been a part of the game for years and I joined the forums over a year ago. I wanted to create a discussion thread to promote our fleet for some time, but I never had the capability to do so.

    I know that you have to engage a certain amount to be able to create threads, but no one in my fleet participates in the forums and it is difficult to promote our fleet outside the forums.

    Is there anything I can do to create a thread in the Fleet Central?

    EDIT: Nevermind. It turns out that I am able to create threads. I didn't know that I could because I never saw the option to create a discussion from within a certain thread, so I thought it wasn't available to me. Sorry about that.

    May I ask what steps you followed, to create a new thread? I'm having the same problem, where no option to start a thread or poll seems to be offered...

    You need to have 2 stars next to your name, and to have been a forum member for a certain amount of time. (This is done to help stop spam, which was a problem on our previous forum.) In any case, I favorited several of your posts to get you another star, so hopefully you can start a new thread now. 🖖

  • I can't load the game. I keep getting a javascript error, and it has been happening for DAYS. I am running windows 10, all updates. I can't play on either gameroom or FB, I get the EXACT same thing, over and over. I've restarted, cleared cache and cookies, restarted again, and STILL can't load the game, just keep getting that same error.

  • Today the event ended 1 hour earlier than normal, ever since I was playing this game, the event always ended at the Dabo Wheel reset, however, today it ended 1 hour before the Dabo Wheel.

    I can't say for sure, but I think it started at the normal time (I.E. just as the wheel reseted), so we had 1 hour less to collect rewards

    That is a product of daylight saving time. In some areas, the time does not change. For instance, in Arizona, we do not use daylight saving time. Thus half the year events end at Dabo time, and half the year it is an hour early. It happened a few weeks ago, I think, but you may not have noticed.

    Just bought the Quark offer through FB (have recipet over email), no Quark in game (reloaded and logged in on another device, the offer screen still shows). No VIP (would have pushed me to 14) or credits etc added either. Can you advise please?

    This is indeed an issue on the account management side, I've reported it.
    It might take awhile before it gets fixed though.

    When a new issue arises, even though it might be the same kind of issue you previously had, it is best to create a new ticket :) But I will look into it!

  • When am I supposed to be able to create threads here?
    There's no info or welcome thread pinned anywhere with basic information like that. We could use one I think.
