I can't log in, I can't reset my password, in fact - if I input my email address, I get an email saying no account exists.... which.... it does! Well, it should anyway. So, to quote Jerry Seinfeld, what's the deal with that?

    I do not think it is exactly the same problem.
    As far as I can tell your Sanoa account is linked to an email address/password.
    Have you always used FB login to access your forum account, or is this something new you tried?
  • Hi, I cannot buy the 10 for 10,- offer, always get "Hailing Starfleet" and nothing else is happening. After that I can only close the game. Platform is Facebook Gameroom.

    I never tried it before, I only did it to be able to post the issue. Half an hour later I could sign in with my credentials again though, so it was only a temporary issue. Sorry for being too impatient.

    Hi,

    Since approx. two hours the gauntlet won‘t work anymore. When trying to find an opponent i just get the circle of eternal doom. Need to restart the game to get out of this. Has anyone else issues with the gauntlet?

    IOS, mobile and wifi, Germany. Thx!


    Edit: noticed that i just had run into the 1000 inventory limit. Burned some items with the replicator. Down to 981 now. But still gauntlet wont work. ( not that there is any relationship known to me)

    It is unfortunately an issue we are still trying to find a fix for, it will resolve itself but I understand how frustrating it is :(

    It is only kind of frustrating. To me it was more surprising that only gauntlet is not working properly while the rest of the game just works fine. Well.... 6 hours more and we‘ll see. :)


    Edit: and after the gauntlet ended, everything was back to normal again.
  • Hi, my 10h Dilemma is not showing, I have the notification on the map but when I click on it timer goes up until 10h 0m 32s and resets - never had this at 10h before. Why was IamPicard able to code a solution and DB isn't?

  • The breen command ship has very low resolution (on iOS at least). It really looks bad when you get to the screen where you get to name your voyage.

    Hi,

    When you play on Facebook, the game account is linked to your Facebook profile.
    This is why you will not see a switch option. You can only link one game account per Facebook profile.
    If you want to play another account via FB it would require another Facebook profile.

    If it helps there are other platforms on pc where the game can be played such as the win10 app and Steam.

    Hi, this is a known issue, we still need to identify the cause though.
