    We are aware and we are looking into it.

  • I have found out that not all items that are sold in the faction centers that can actually be used in creating items for your crew, are signalled. Are the green and yellow dots only for items that can actually be equipped or fully create an equippable item?
    When there are items for sale that I do need to create one step towards an equippable item, I get no signalling dot.

    Good time of day.
    I play in this game a lot of time, but still don't see russian language in game.
    Some of my friends don't want to play, because he don't know all of language, which used in game

    I have internet connection, but can't connect to the game. I am getting 'No internet connection' error for about 4 hours now. Any idea what could be causing this? It does not say that the game is experiencing high load or something like that.

    Same problem from Android phone as from Windows laptop. Maybe possibly some block from Thai government internet servers..?

    I am glad this resolved itself for you. It might have been a temporary international connectivity issue unfortunately. As far as I know you should not need to change any settings on your router :)

    There is no current plan to add more languages at this time but you never know what the future could hold so thank you for your feedback!
  • I filed a trouble ticket about suffering a voyage that crashed. This has happened before and the tech team has been great in getting my voyage to return, with it's rewards intact. That's fair - but here are the extra concerns I am experiencing. The voyage crashed when 30 antimatter was being deducted right when a dilemma was being activated. This was a voyage of which I was at the 20th hour, and was seeking getting the dilemma "A Higher Duty, pt3" to unlock Dr. Leonard McCoy - I crewmen I have yet to acquire. Having the voyage returned, forsaking my 20 hour sacrifice is Not Fair. Having my voyage option frozen means I can not get the 200 honor points for completing one dilemma per day...my original problem occurred 26 hours ago; also Not Fair I continue to lose that daily opportunity.

    I haven't received any new info on when my issue will be resolved and I fear that the longer this goes on, the less chance I will be allowed to simply continue the voyage I was on...I saved up a lot of voyage tokens and used them to travel that far. I am aware a new game version will be on-line any minute now so - is it possible the new version, when fully rolled out, with correct the crashed voyage?

    I am sorry this happened, unfortunately Support will not be able to make the voyage resume.
    They will work with you regarding the tokens you have used and other impacts this might have had.

    Support is generally very good about helping in these situations. Be straightforward and polite and reasonable in your request. They will help.
  • I am unable to use the quick build function it produces the error message about not having enough items for the build even though I have enough.
    I also can't email support through the app, the send button is grayed out.

    There is a known bug in the Quick Build function. When it occurs, you have to manually build each sub-item. DB is aware of the bug but have not said if/when they will fix it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    Sorry, but I have no idea about what could be causing your issue with the send button for emailing support. 🖖

    It suddenly takes a ridiculously long time to get into the game on the app on my iPad Air 2 (OS version: 13.3, Model Number: MGKM2Ll/A). It stays on this screen, with that message at the bottom left, for a really long while before it eventually loads up:

    I hid the DBID because I didnt know if anyone else could use it to get into my account, so figured better safe than sorry.

    Also, when trying to get an item to finish equipment for a character, I’ve noticed a mission is included to get it as a rare reward, but I’ve already three-starred that mission. Including photos:zkdm7ekt8bc2.png

    Alas, that's a known bug since... uh... day one, maybe? I've seen it for as long as I've been around, anyway. After a while you just get used to ignoring those, or just remembering which missions are the best for certain oft-used items. And in case you're not aware of the STT wiki, that has far more accurate drop rates than what is shown in-game, as well.


    Could you please continue the petty bickering? I find it most intriguing.

    That glitch should stop after your current Gauntlet finishes. DB is aware of it, but I am unsure if Support can do anything to help you in the meantime. 🖖

    Old enough means a few days, if I recall. Quotes and likes and number of posts help in rank. I had the same issue when I started. I was ranked enough and long enough. The solution was to log out via the log out button and log back in.
  • I don't understand the Expeditions. I have 3 stars on all the missions in the expedition I started, on all three difficulties, but nothing happened. it didn't end. The only button says "cancel attempt" ... why would I "cancel" my "attempt"? I finished everything.

    Cancel event means you have finished that ticket. You keep all your stuff and try again. It says canel in case you want to finish early and get a fresh start.

    You have to have x-number of schematics to build the ship in the first place, then x plus y to level it up a level. The cost per level increases each time. Some schematics are found on missions, but mostly they drop in packs and from the arena. They can be bought, but it is the greatest waste of money in the game.
