New Art for Old Card!

Look like they updated the Blood Oath Jadzia Dax card and it is great! Hopefully they will update other bad art cards!

    I was hoping this would happen when I read the announcement. Thank Goodness we don't have to look at that hideous card art anymore! Hopefully this is a sign of more good things to come!

    Martoks artwork is fine, regarding detail and stuff. Far away from the comic look of cards like Blood Oth or Tomalak. But i get that the view of what is good and bad artwork is different, depending on eachs persons sight of view.

    I don’t disagree. On the other hand, I got to trade her in for 50k honor, so not a complete loss.

    Disagree. Controversy or not, Denise Crosby was one of the best looking women ever on Trek, and I’ll take new card art if it will do her justice.

    You think Mirror Jadzia is bad? I always thought she was fine, certainly not terrible like Blood Oath.

    There’s some potential there. What lets the card down is a lack of detail in the headshot, and for the full body shot, the body is too far back. But I think it’s a decent skeleton. It just looks like the artist needed more time, not to start over from scratch. Just MHO of course.

    It’s certainly not cringe-y like Blood Oath was.

    My list:
    Stranded Odo - sorry you won't get another event for a while, buddy
    Klingon Torres - we're due for a Klingon event anyway
    Grand Proxy Neelix - also due for a Neelix or Ferengi event sometime
    Duchamps - not really bad, but if the DB artists want to improve that smoke, I'd be interested to see what they can do
    Tommy Gun Dixon - older art, but maybe the muzzle flash could be improved like Duchamps's smoke
    Gabriel Bell - who doesn't want a Sisko event? I'm no Sisko fan, but this was a good episode for him.
    Robin Hood - is that even Patrick Stewart's face?
    Romulan Kirk - not a priority, but maybe someday
    Evolved Paris and Captain Janeway - not for the actual art, just so I can finish Evolved Janeway ;)
