Neat though that would be, I’m thinking they almost have to go with an O’Brien pack for today. That being said, I would unload on a Tuesday pack that had Finnegan in it.
I want all the stupid characters, without exception.
(But if I get to pick just one, I want to see an alternate 'Trials and Tribble-ations' Worf where he's a 60s Klingon, like they were planning to do and just have everybody carry on as if nothing had changed. I love "We do not discuss it with outsiders!" but that would've been glorious.)
Isn't that this guy? He's been around for a couple years...just not the sound clip we want.

I think she means a Worf dressed/makeup as a 60s-TOS Klingon, not Worf from Trials and Tribble-ations.
Fun fact, the Pakled captain was played by Chris Latta, the original voice of Starscream and Cobra Commander.
How the hell did I go this long without knowing that? Just to add, though, DS9's second season has the distinction of being bookended by two Skeletors. "The Homecoming" featured Frank Langella as First Minister Jaro; he played Skeletor in the 1986 live action Masters of the Universe movie. That one is pretty obvious. Less obvious is Captain Keogh in "The Jem'Hadar" (old white dude in charge of the Galaxy class ship), played by Alan Oppenheimer. He voiced Skeletor in the original He-Man and the Masters of the Universe cartoon. I can't imagine Langella would be an easy likeness to secure, but I'd love to have this pair in my crew if only for the obscure trivia factor.
Honestly though, I'd be happy with Midshipman First Class Peter Preston as a 4* or even 5* - we have plenty of sketchy legendaries already, why not? He stayed at his post when the trainees ran. Makes me tear up a bit every time.
And if we don't need Mr. Mot, he'll make sure he's here anyway.
One just popped into my head out of nowhere this morning, B'iJik:
Name his ship ability 'If you would like to leave a message', and his soundbyte is that oh-no-I'm-in-over-my-head-suddenly "I see..." Plus he's Erick Avari who's an epic That Guy from all sorts of things.

How did I not realize Erick Avari was in Star Trek? Shame on me, I guess. He’s one of maybe my top five That Guys, along with Tony Todd, Michael Hogan, Bill Cobbs, and Peter Mensah. And Terry O’Quinn. And Djimon Hounsou. And Sally Richardson-Whitfield. And Keith David. And William Fichtner. And Peter Stormare. And Tommy Lister. And Clint Howard. And...okay, it’s not a top five anymore, unless we only count Trek veterans.
How did I not realize Erick Avari was in Star Trek?
Three times - I actually forgot he was in Enterprise (a lot of Enterprise episodes are just this blurry mess in my head of 'Archer goes somewhere and there are some forgettable aliens, moving on' until they got to the good stuff) but I first noticed him in DS9 as Yarka, the Vedek in that episode where they're stringing up a phone line through the wormhole and it's all about whether there's a prophecy saying it's a huge mistake. William Fichtner's one of my That Guys as well (I first noticed him in Armageddon of all things) - also Brian Thompson, William Sadler, Michael Ironside, and lately Shohreh Aghdashloo.

He was the guy in Enterprise from the Terra Nova colony that earth did not know what happened too. The poisoned rain came so they moved to the underside where they ate diggers

Ah, Michael Ironside and Shohreh Aghdashloo...two of my favorite voices ever.
I admire this man’s commitment to his craft. Just look at that stoic calm in the face of adversity...

This would be an excellent opportunity to introduce the "Dead" trait.
This needs to happen! It could be its own collection.
1. Colonel Stephen Richey TNG
2. Yar in the Tar TNG
3. Sacrificed Dax by the Pah-raith Cult DS9
4. BBQ Kai Winn DS9
5. Irradiated Spock TOS
Any others out there?

Today is Tuesday and St. Paddy's Day.....
His equipment is nothing but civilian clothing and alcohol... lots and lots of alcohol... DIP through the roof!

Those are Pakled Traders

And he wrote and sang the song playing on the boombox........
Scottie's Dead Nephew........
I was just thinking of this one! Make him a 1* with ENG only, since he never had time to develop any other skills.
He could even be partnered with Temporal Agent Archer!
We TOTALLY need Mr. Mot!!

Wait, oh yes, Chabon and Kurtzman have already done that

There is Kirk's not-quite-Indian wife, but that is wrong on many levels.
