Well, was going to use this event to clear the top 50 rank achievement and empty the tank of tokens and boosts... but not sure I will now. Maybe I can clear the top 100.
Are we discouraged from calling an event a bloodbath? Is that like Voldemort or Macbeth?

I won't even be using a kickstart. I'll send out shuttles for the few extra trinkets, sure. I'd imagine the median VP will be way down (the top ten will still be ridiculously high because some people will see it as an easier opportunity to get that coveted missing achievement)

The August mega-event should just be called "Bloodbath" and all the new crew should be covered in blood. And that's when the time will finally have come for Stephen Hawking to debut.

Nice idea, but it is a problem deciding who would have it.
It could include the whole crew of discovery at the end of seasons 1 and 2.
Kirk travelled through time on many occasions. Would he only be a time traveller when he was in the 20th century (or other occasions when he was back in time), or all occasions after returning. He also travelled back in time a few days in one episode, and never returned, that could make him a permanent time traveller.
Data travelled back in time in "Times Arrow", and after that his head was 500 years older than the rest of his body.
