Prophet Kira is missing three traits (Cultural Figure, Duelist, Prophet) and has two erroneous traits (Federation, Starfleet).
Cultural Figure: Sisko states "It's a Prophet." and speak of Kira only as a vessel. As a Bajoran God, Prophet Kira is certainly a huge figure in Bajoran culture, so much so that Kai Winn holds a prayer vigil to her on the station.
WINN: Prophet, hear me. I am the Kai of Bajor. I offer myself to you as your humble servant,
KIRA: I await their vessel.
WINN: Speak to me. Tell me what I should do.
WINN: Are you that suggesting we kill a Prophet?
SISKO: I won't do that.
WINN: We are offering prayers for the Prophet's victory.
SISKO: The Prophets will hear your prayers wherever you are. It isn't safe here.
WINN: Then why are you still here, Emissary? The Prophet told you your task was done.
SISKO: I am Captain of this station and I will do everything in my power to save it. Now, are you going to tell these people to go, or shall I?

Prophet: Only Prophet Sarah Sisko has this trait, but as Kira is inhabited by a Prophet at this point, this trait application would be consistent with other fusion or two-in-one crew who share traits that one half has.

Prophet Kira should not have Federation or Starfleet. She is not a member of either organization (Bajor is not a Federation world) and the only variants who have either trait are Commander Kira Nerys (both, which is correct) and Breen Disguise Kira who erroneously has Starfleet.
Let’s not go down the taking traits away route again. All she needs is to have a couple traits added from prophet, duelist and cultural figure. WRG can choose. If you say she has traits she shouldn’t have all we will get is those traits taken away.
While it does make her less attractive a crew, I would prefer to have the crew trait-faithful. They can remove Federation and Starfleet, and I won't shed a tear. But she might shed a tier, if you know what I mean.

I appreciate that the people who work on this game haven't seen every single episode of every single series, but I'd like to think someone has watched some episodes. Most weeks, I watch the episode that inspired whatever new characters are being added to the game - is it unreasonable to expect that the company might pay one of their employees to spend 45 minutes doing the same?
Kira not being part of Starfleet is integral to the character from her introduction, let alone the fact that her bio on Memory Alpha starts with "Kira Nerys was a major, later colonel, in the Bajoran Militia". The fact that the art for this version clearly features her wearing a non-Starfleet uniform is just the cherry on top.

She's not a half-bad voyager, plus Kira is a reliable event horse. Also, Kira is main-cast and well-liked. That's why.

Do her traits show up in the gauntlet? There are other options for CMD/SEC who often get a 45% crit chance (Balok even gets 65%) so I don't expect her to be very useful. But as Jenos said, she should be a decent voyager.

I hear you in regards to changing existing crew. But this new kira won't be in the game for another week+. If we can get confirmation on removing two useless and wrong traits and replacing them with two more accurate traits, I'd rather see her corrected now before it impacts anyone's decision about going for her.

Hard disagree, throwing the kitchen sink of traits on a card can make it harder to retrieve a different crew that you want. It's not as simple as "more traits, more better."
An overall trait audit is definitely needed. And it absolutely should include both adding missing traits and removing incorrect ones. Fixing traits needs to go both ways. Some crew may suffer by losing traits, but I'm sure others will benefit from adding. Overall it would probably balance each other out. I'm not in favor of keeping incorrect traits for the sake of padding numbers in a collection or getting a slight bonus in an event that isn't really deserved.

I see it as a sandwich shop with a tasty roast beef sandwich on a good roll and a less good ham sandwich on less good slices of bread. I order a roast beef sandwich on a roll and instead get ham on that roll. That is clearly less good. But it is still pretty good. Then one of the other customers sees my ham on a roll and tells the employee that my ham should be on two slices of bread as all ham sandwiches are and having that employee then take away my roll and handing me two slices of bread. If that customer had stayed quiet I would still not have gotten the right sandwich but I would have gotten one better than what I was left with after they spoke.
If Federation and Starfleet are removed what will I get back in return? We are not seeing traits being added that have the same value as those removed and we are not seeing traits added unless another is taken away. I have been asking for this card for a long time and I want her to be as good as possible so that I can use her a lot and look at her cool art and take joy from it. If she gets nerfed she has less value I will use her less and get less joy. I want joy from my game not a crappy ham sandwich on bread.
I’ve also been looking forward to this crew because I like the episode. Starfleet Kira is not from that episode. Therefore the trait makes her less valuable.
And, yes, the same applies to her not being prophet
The wrong traits also make her substantially less valuable as a constellation when she reaches the portal. I would agree that she is less valuable for having traits she shouldn't have. There's a decent chance she will have something added (certainly prophet seems to require little debate given the name of the card and the established meaning of the trait) - see Captain Burnham and Blue Boy Wesley off the top of my head.

Galaxy events are such a chroniton drain I've been stopping at 130K lately, but this event I'll want to hit 400k for Scotty. It feels like it's been a while since a rerun was a galaxy.
