To Shan, I recommend Everyone get a minimum of 2500 Chronitons plus 1 extra event crew for this embarrassing outage. The equipment needs to be up and operational if DB is going to continue with weekly events especially over the Holiday periods.

Well Shan, reinstalling didn't help me, and doesent explain why steam is out and why the game would. It install through Amazon. Guess it's about time I didn't renew my VIP, and take a break. This is terrible for an event, it messed up everything for the event and why is the game still not working?

Please explain exactly what you are seeing when trying to play and submit a ticket so it can be looked into by Support.
I tried to post my error message screenshot but it won't let me post them.
It gets stuck at "communicating with starfleet", and after a while it says "The game is currently experiencing unusually high load or is down for maintenance. Please try again or contact support". I got that message after the servers came back. My trouble shooting had led me to believe that somehow my IP address got blocked because I decided to turn off my Wi-Fi and use my data on my android phone and I can connect to the game. I have sent in a ticket in with my IP address, so maybe your tech team can unblock it. And yes my Wi-Fi works fine (using it to get online now and all my other games that use internet work fine. The problems began with the outage yesterday.
