  • I think DB did a good job in handling the problem.

    I disagree. The CS route is tedious and causes delay. Luckily they did not swap out Khalees this week. If they had, there would be a new furore with some ppl benefitting from the 50k honor refund before the swap while others being out of luck because of CS delays.

    To be honest, in this case, they should have run a code at the backend where there was an automatic refund for people who had purchased a citation OR the double up offer AND had Mirror Picard immortalized. We know this can be done - they did something similar with the Musketeer La-Forge scandal. That would have saved a lot of CS resources and time.

    Still waiting for a response to my ticket and I lodged it right after I got the Picard mail and before any of these forum posts. I think I might be the only one in my fleet who's still got one of these open tickets.

    Yep same here, I keep hearing good results from my fleet mates, but still in an open and unacknowledged state on mine. We shall see....
  • Still waiting... 8 days exactly since I opened the ticket. I opened it 3 hours after the end of the event. It was detailed and had all the information they need, so there's no excuse for them to not handle it! Not sure what order they went in, but it sure as hell wasn't submission order. Not VIP order either as I'm VIP 13. So what gives DB?

    And hey presto, I just received the honour, they credited me with 49,450, which I can verify coz I'm a saddo who tracks how much honour he has....

    Hope you all get it soon. Loooong bloody wait that was. I have other tickets I wanted to raise, didn't want to raise them till this was done.
  • So CS responded to my ticket after 7 1/2 days. I got Mirror Picard swapped for 50k honor.

    I asked (politely) for the 100 sorrytons and was denied. Something about how the situations are similar, but not the same.

    Unless the 100 sorrytons were only for people who paid for DYC, I don't see how the situation could be any different.

    This is why I don't bother with CS most of the time and an completely apathetic any more.
  • I'm still waiting too. Put in a ticket on the 2nd. About ready to put in another. I want the honor restored, literally and figuratively. 😉
  • 9 days and counting here, no one assigned to my ticket yet. I've resisted the urge to put in another ticket or follow up on mine, but I'm starting to get really annoyed.

    Now people that have received the 50k already have an advantage in this event: add a free star to Q, but I digress......

    @Shan - I submitted a ticket for my Mirror Picard exchange. It was resolved after 8 days. Others on this thread (who waited less time than I did) reported that they were also granted chronitons due to the delays.

    I requested consistent resolution to my ticket in relation to others who waited less time than I did. CS declined to do so.

    I asked CS to escalate this ticket to you as you requested us to do when CS is providing inconsistent responses.

    CS responded that this kind of issue would not be raised to you but to another rep instead.

    How should we have tickets escalated to you if CS declines to do so? Should I submit a second ticket to have the first ticket escalated to you? Is there another forum to request this?
  • On day 11 with no response from CS. My ticket subject clearly states Honor for Mirror Picard while others received a response in 8 days.....
  • I'm still waiting. But I was very late putting in a ticket since I didn't expect to be refunded since I air-locked my copy. Fingers crossed.

    I believe people usually PM Shan re stuff like this. If you find one of her posts and use the link on her name I think it should give you the option.
  • 12 days later, still no response. I was probably one of the first to ticket this, right after I got the in-game mail with Peccard...
  • Still nothing for me too. I'm VIP 14 as well, where's the line skipping I was promised? :#
  • I got rid of my 6* without reading the message, then came here and saw that I should have got 50,000 honor (probably a few days later), sent DB a ticket, was resolved in a few hours even without a screenshot. So I was happy
  • After resending my ticket this morning, I finally received the honor about fifteen minutes ago. No chrons for the delay, but honestly it's a relief to have this finally resolved. For anyone still waiting, I recommend replying to your original automated response from CS. It took half a day, but at least now I can decide who gets a few extra stars.... ;)

    Well count me among the satisfied. I finally got my 50k tonight! And they threw in a Mirror Bev because it took so long!

  • I bought the final star for my Mirror Picard with Honor, within the first week or two of the event. Upon seeing the extra one in mail after the final week, and threads about it here, I logged a ticket on Jan 2. Finally got a response yesterday, but the CS rep claims he can't find any proof of the purchase!

    So I sent him a picture showing my FF Picard along with the extra one, and he replies the same: he can't find any proof. WTF! :/
