So I sent him a picture showing my FF Picard along with the extra one, and he replies the same: he can't find any proof.
I think at that point you ask for an escalation of your ticket.
Also — proof of "the purchase"? There wouldn't be a "purchase" if you used Honor, so I'm not sure what he thought he was looking for. Plenty of people in the same boat as you have gotten resolution, so it sounds like your rep perhaps is not particularly up on what's been going on. In any case, your screenshot should be all the proof they need that you had used Honor on him.

I have the same thing happening, the rep said he couldn't find evidence I had bought the double your crew offer. I sent a screenshot of the itunes receipt, and a screenshot of Picard at 2* on December 7 - hopefully the combination of that works. But at least someone replied to me!
I bought the final star for my Mirror Picard with Honor, within the first week or two of the event. Upon seeing the extra one in mail after the final week, and threads about it here, I logged a ticket on Jan 2. Finally got a response yesterday, but the CS rep claims he can't find any proof of the purchase!

The extra one was it from the mail or from crew quarters?
My ticket got resolved on Sunday. 49,450 honor applied, no need for extra proof of anything (beyond the screenshot I took of the payment made for the DYC offer). I didn’t get the 100 sorrytons (at least that I noticed...busy weekend helping a friend move) but it’s nice to have it done with. I’ll still never again take DB up on a DYC offer but I renewed my monthly card just in time for an extended voyage.
Glad you all are getting some satisfaction. Those of us who spent on the Mirror Crusher event and got screwed by the Christmas Disaster have received exactly nothing.
Finally got resolved, after requesting escalation.
I got my 50K Honor back, but nothing else. He even went so far as to delete my extra copy of Picard right out of my crew inventory. I'm not complaining, just posting to compare with others.

I'm still (back) on a pay strike. DB have refunded my honour but they have not dealt with the more fundamental issues such as this.

That's been the standard procedure with me and everyone else I've talked to.

After sending all the proof requested, my rep is "investigating" the issue - after two weeks. If I don't have a resolution tonight (he seems to only respond to me once every 24 hours) I will also request an escalation. Kind of confounding.
