    Everyone will get a reply - it will just take time.

    Trust me, I am the voice of experience when it comes to waiting for a reply AND to DBs credit they solved my ticket and provided some compensation for the wait. It will happen - just be patient.
  • Except that I am now 6 days in and have still not heard back about my ticket. Fairly certain that that is more than enough time to wait before getting some customer service, isn't it?

    If you have a ticket number they will get to you.

    But in what world is it acceptable to wait a week for a CS reply. Let alone over 2 months?!!!

    Ok so I took that 6th Mirror Picard out of my mailbox (which triggered the DYC offer...). I also took a screenshot in case CS ever gets to me.

    Are they just not at the VIP12s yet?

    Nope, my ticket was opened 5 days ago and still waiting.

    Just got my response, after 6 days. They took out the extra Picard and credited me 50k honor. Glad it's resolved.

    My ticket subject is Refund Request. I would have thought the word refund would have been one of their keywords to up the priority, given its correlation with money.

    But nope...6 days waiting time for VIP14 who submitted their ticket within 4 hours of receiving.

    It's not chronological nor VIP order. I think CS uses RNG to decide what ticket to tackle next.

    I got my 50k honor on both accounts.

    I still think those that had a FF Will Scarlett before the freebie, should get some compensation.

    They more than likely spent $100 a year ago to do it.

    Edit: I guess an argument against would be they were lucky to FF him. And they might have spent more and airlocked extras back then. But this is not a portal pull where you get what you get bad or good. This is DB trying to give us something worthwhile. Some get 550 honor and others get a star on a legendary, just does not seem fair.

    However, I am one who got a fourth and second star on my two accounts. If the ones who had him FF do not mind, I guess then they are okay with it,

    And I guess if DB wants to just keep on giving us Will Scarlett for Christmas it will not matter.

    Db gave me my honor and removed my excess picard. Thx db. The honor was in my mailbox so check ur mailboxes.

    I had airlocked my Picard but CS came through with the difference in honor. I'm a happy camper.

    Ah, OK. That requires CS to actually acknowledge that your ticket exists. After a full week, no such luck.

  • I sent in my ticket 5 days ago, claimed the 1/5 Picard that was still in my inbox 2 days ago, and this morning the exchange took place. Thank you DB!

  • my ticket was resolved aswell somewhere last night gmt+1 here, also multiple people in the fleet got taken care of now. good stuff guys hopefully everyone else's tickets will be resolved soon LLAP yall

    Got a response to my ticket overnight. Took over a week, but glad its finally resolved.

    Those of us already resolved wish to renew our point that this is not okay until everyone's Ticket is resolved!!!!!!

    Indeed.

    Plus, I found it funny that the CS email said that there are delays due to influx of tickets. But does not mention that the influx was a result of their own **** up!!

    Read that some folks were given chrons for the delay. Not so in my case. But do not have the energy to quibble and ask for chrons. Too much headache, both for me and the overworked CS.
